Men can not get pregnant.
They are not built for it.
Regardless what they say, man plus women makes babies.
Any other label you want to throw out there and have children through the adoption process. But two men cannot get each other pregnant, neither can two women get each other pregnant unless there’s some medical miracle that I don’t know about.
