So please do not say HRT is close to useless and "damaging" when the fact from all sources so far is that it's not. It's the opposite. I have seen lives changed for the better and trans regret (people who de-transition and/or regret transition is very low (like < 3% ). Many times that 3% is from people who have too much social or family pressure against them transitioning.

Nothing wrong with it. Exactly the opposite, I said, that FFS does much more for feminization, than HRT. Hence HRT is not needed if FFS is planned or necessary to look like a girl.

Still, puberty blockers (e.g. GnRH leuprorelin, histrelin or antiadrogen bicalutamide) are
hormones (so it is a hormone therapy), that "inhibit the action of testosterone", what is a part of HRT.
