But what is 'small'?  I was practising my deep-throating the other day and the best I could manage was a 11cm of (a 4cm diameter) dildo - I can't seem to overcome my gag reflex after that point.

I would call it a "jaw over-stretcher"! - the distance between my front teeth (when my mouth is fully open) is 4,5cm 😁

I have a 60mm ball that I use as a gag, but only very occasionally when I'm feeling very aroused and my jaw is 'warmed up' properly - it is impossible to use straight from the off.

Another thing about gags that I've noticed is that I can wear one (45-50mm generally) for hours with no problem, but the following day I can hardly open my mouth!
