Yes, I think. I have two smallest rings. Might be a good idea to grab all sizes.

The chaffing and irritation caused by too tight rings "fire off" much earlier, than the spikes.
Oh well, that's disappointing ... the only semi-decent anti-pullout I've played with is the one from Vice. My only problem with that was that I'm a grower and I would just turtle behind the gripping device. Otherwise, after a day or two, it's really hard to pull out your penis from that one

Grower as well, and on 2 versions of the Vice I've had it slip out of the anti pullout and turtle behind it. I'm going to try an old luthiers trick to reduce the space between the so called tightest vice (or rather add on to it) by using crazy glue and baking soda. If it works I'll post about it.

The ring is very tight, so I can't wear it longer, that several hours. But it's the spikes at the top, that prevent pulling out.
I'am a grower too, and that obviously is "a problem" for chastity devices. In my case, spikes didn't prevented pulling out.
