This made the release a bit more reliable. But I still have no shocks. At the moment I am traveling and without the thing. I will complain once I will be back at home and can answer questions if they tell me to do things.

Any progress? Any software/firmware fixes?
To paraphrase Josiah Hardwood, 'I'd no more order a electronic chastity device from Aliexpress than I'd put my John Thomas in the hands of a lunatic with a pair of scissors'.
I saw the earlier posts about the urethral chastity and growers but so far I think the best strategy is just to use rubber coated wire to lock it onto yourself both to reduce ball pain and to prevent pullout. For the urethral cage I may be an anomaly but I have never had a uti or discomfort problem with my thick tube one. It doesn't prevent pullout however as your penis isn't much affected by it.

Also I know that the times have changed but ordering Chinese electronics that lock around your penis and fail closed due to servo lock mechanisms just seems a little stupid innit? I would prefer if the designers included a small keyed backup myself.

Can you please explain that little bit more ?

Is it a new version?

Beside the new logo, I don't see any differences.

suspect reality will be blighted with pinch points and irritation by the front bar, but still we will see...

Well in went straight in the bin withing about 5 minutes of trying it on...
The sack gap was so small on a 48mm ring that unless you are so loose and low hanging for the skin to sit in about an 8 x20mm gap there is not chance of even locking it on.
Me with a "high and tight" physiology stood absolutely no chance of closing the cross bar...

Should have seen it coming really!!  😟

I've seen ridiculously narrow gaps in some designs. Like the first one here:
