I tried to "decipher" the file "manually", but I could not make any sense from it at all. Just random words. What also might mean, that your brain is making sense from this word salad, and that sense might be something different, from what was put there by the creator. Anyway, I can fill in the '[ ... ]' obscenity gaps, but that's it.
