Publishing the third part before I forget about it for two more years 😉

These 22 photos are from the Gothic/fetish/lolita fashion show by Attitude-Holland. What I specifically like is the wetlook lycra. It also reminds me the “other” matte side of latex sheeting. This is the material I would like to have leotards, swimsuits and zentai suits made from!

Anybody can win a place in the fashion show in the following categories: fetish, gothic, lolita, burlesque/pin-up, emo or whatever the organizer/manufacturer invents. All models are from “the real public”. You can check on the website who won this year.

Gothic festival “Summer Darkness 2009” in Utrecht – Part II

See Part I

Two moments.

First. It took me two years to return to this event and finally sort and process the photos I made there. (There will be one more part). And today (what a coincidence!) I’ve been to the Summer Darkness festival again.

Second. It too me five years to figure out why my vivid photos look so flat and lifeless on the website. And the reason is … oh…. this is soooo embarrassing… wrong colour space!

Now I have to either reprocess all the published photos again, or leave them as they are. I will probably redo only the posts I was going to rewrite/reformat anyway. In this set there are pictures in both sRGB and AdobeRGB spaces.

Why can’t I just repost a photo or a drawing I stumbled upon on tumblr, facebook, *chan or various forums and shut up? Why am I so curious that I begin to search the source, who the author is, what else he/she does? Why do I spent my time and energy to compose these messages which nobody reads, cares of or gives me money for? Yeah, demotivated again…

OK, some useless details you do not want to know anyway. The author is Andy Julia, a freelance photographer from Paris. Books, exhibitions, on-line and off-line galleries… All that stuff you can find on his website Andy Julia Photography, isn’t it what it was created for?

And the reason why I bothered with typing is that these photos “work“. I would like to be in these clothes, these situations, “to touch and feel”. These moody photos tell stories and … motivate my imagination…

Technology and progress never stop. What was science fiction or fairy tales (many) years ago has become an integral part of our normal life. Even 15 years ago I could not even dream of a home computer with 4TB of storage space (95% full) and 12GB of real memory. (BTW, I need to vacuum clean it…).

latex hoods masks gagsSimple experiment. Measure the distance right between under your chin and right under your nose. Let’s call this distance Scn1. In my case Scn1=7cm.

Now measure the diameter (Dg) of you favourite gag (or cock, if you have one close at hand ;-). The dildo in my mouth has Dg=4cm. With the dildo deeply in, the chin-nose distance Scn2:

Scn2 = Scn1 + Dg = 7cm + 4cm = 11cm

If you do not want to puncture you favourite cock and do want to allow easy sliding in and out and breathing with you mouth around it, add 0.5-1cm.

Family, kids, fetish moments and shiny pantyhose

I’m almost never bare legged and almost never without pantyhose. And the last vacation was not an exception. The weather was on the hot side, so I was wearing breeches with shiny pantyhose (German nur Die Hüft 15, French Well Elastivoile Satine 19, Dutch Vroom & Dreesman 12 ).

The good thing about pantyhose is that they “normalize” the environment. If it’s too hot, they spread and evaporate sweat and protect your skin from sticking to everything from seats to dirt. If it’s cold they keep warmth. If wet they dry very quickly. And they look cool!

Leather over chest posture collar for a party or self-bondage

What: Boned leather neck corset that covers both the neck and upper chest. Back zipper.

Where: the item, the shop

Why: First of all it looks good. It can be worn for a dress party, fetish party, usual party, to a club or for a bondage or self-bondage session. And it’s genuine leather. Now let’s focus on (self)bondage.

Despite this “thing” does not have any laces or straps, it’s pretty much inescapable even when unzipped. But your arms must be bound behind your back. Add an ice-padlock between the D-ring and a stationary object and you are trapped! Very simple but very effective selfbondage session. If you pull (even with all your weight) the collar will not dig in your neck, because the ring is in front and will not shift much from its position.

Add the rest (latex, gags, plugs, tights, leotards, catsuits, etc) and do not forget to make and post photos! 😉

One possible problem: can you zip it up alone?
