What: under mattress bed restraints with 12 connection points.

All webbing is 1″ wide black polypropylene with a 650# breaking strength.
All plastic hardware is black, injection molded and has smooth edges so as not to damage your mattress or bedding.
All metal is silver in color and nickel plated.
The connection point metal “D” rings are almost a 1/4″ thick and welded.

Why: portable, discreet, you can hide it under the mattress, you can take it with you (think of business trips), you can use for self-bondage, you can use it under bed (for robustness) or under mattress (if there is no space under the bed), adjustability, you can connect two corner straps together to make it more restricting.

Pantyhose sale in supermarkets

I don’t like shopping, but when you can get pretty decent very shiny pantyhose for 80 cents…
“Give me 5. No, 6. Errrm… do you have more? I don’t care about the size.” Small are good for arms or for my wife, smallest – for my daughter, big for DIY bodystockings.

No, I did’t have to speak to anybody, the pantyhose were waiting for me in a big pile in the discount box in Albert Heijn supermarket. On the bad side, I’m afraid they are going to discontinue the very-very glass-shiny “Matglanzend” model.

Gothic festival in Utrecht 2009 – Part I

Summer Darkness (“a dark underground interdisciplinair festival”) took place in the gothic centre of Utrecht from Aug 05 to Aug 09. I managed to get to Domplein only on the last day – Sunday. Now I know that I should’ve found more time to enjoy the very special atmosphere! A sea of positive emotions, smiles and “courteosity” everywhere, more photographers than goths, and, of course, the clothes styles varying from pinky flowery anime to vampires and dark medieval wizards and witches.

However – no latex. Pantyhose, stockings new and laddered worn everywhere and on all body parts – yes. Shiny vinyl – yes. Latex-wet-look lycra – yes. Velvet and leather – yes. Corsets and super high heeled boots – yes. But no latex. Actually, latex is way more expensive and much less practical… But still…

Anyway, I made 350 photos within just a few hours. I’m still post-processing them. This is the first part.

Unusual pantyhose. Black and white

Not sure who is the designer. It’s not quite clear from the article (below, in Dutch). I think it’s Karl Lagerfeld. Apart from unusual design the pattern should make the knees look slimmer.

Stumbled upon on eBay. Vintage nylon full-fashioned stockings

Flea markets are addictive. Internet auctions are addictive. Fetish is addictive. I notice lots of interesting things but other forget to bookmark or lose the bookmark so I decided to create a dedicated tag, called Stumbled upon on eBay and post all items what caught my attention (with explanation “why”) there.

What: Vintage 100% nylon full-fashioned (with back seam) stockings.

Where: eBay item, more from the same seller (when the item expires, you may find similar items in the seller’s shop)

Why: transparency. Sheer transparency. You can read a news paper through 4 layers of the thin nylon! Such stockings will not hide anything, but will add a subtle shimmering shade (and seams, of course) to your legs. Since nylon is not that stretchy as spandex or lycra, you will feel the delicate but tight fabric every time you make a step or bend your knees.
