One of the self-bondage dreams may come true – Zipperbot

ZipperbotFor years self-bondagers have been looking for a device that can zip and unzip bondage sacks, single-gloves, and various bondage suits at the specified time. For example, if your arms are bound behind your back inside a zipped up tight latex bag, you will not be able to get out without external help. Another example is single gloves. Even if you manage to get in and zip it shut, getting out is very tricky and in most cases impossible.

I seriously doubt that MIT’s Personal Robots Group had self-bondage in mind when they were creating their Zipperbot. Continue reading “One of the self-bondage dreams may come true – Zipperbot”

Self-bondage frog tie tutorial. New one-way device?

self-bondage frog-tie tutorialThis frog-tie self-bondage tutorial was posted by MadJack in the Self-Bondage art forum thread. Looks at steps #4 and #6. If the wrist straps are wide and hard enough, and properly measured, I think it’s possible to make this method inescapable (provided you can get in “one-handed”).

However, if the wrist straps are not secured to the sides thigh-ankles ones, they can be pulled upwards and towards the center, so you can use the other hand to undo the strap.

Very interesting idea, but needs testing.

Kikkou (karada) (self)-bondage technique. Translated!

Karada kikkou how-to bondage drawingUpdated on Apr 16, 2012 @ 03:55: This post has reached 100,000+ views! New record!

Updated on July 11, 2009 @ 01:42: Many thanks to BinaryFreedom who translated the text! Click on the pictures to see the translation.

Posted on December 28, 2008 @02:17: Yet another method of tying karada. Or to be more precise – kikkou (see terms and translation here).

Though, this one does look similar to these ones, there are differences like hooking the ropes on the back and absence of the knots in the front. The pictured method will give you much tighter feeling in the crotch (try it with your favourite butt-plug in place 😉 ).

While the drawings are self-explanatory, I would greatly appreciate if someone could translate the Chinese text.

Idea for a self-bondage scenario: suspension technique from “Bondage Life”

Thanks much to D.V. who sent me this photo of Bondage Life #49 Page 42 and 43 (see the discussion in Self-bondage art. Part XVIII. Creativity).

This is not something I’ve got used to (e.g. Japanese suspension), but this method should prevent suspension syndrome. The text is not easy to read (though I tried to digitally enhance it), so I’m retyping it here.

See also Suspension self-bondage forum thread for more ideas.

Undoable cinch noose for selfbondage release

I found this version of a sail-knot which could be cinched with pulling one rope and undone with another. Looks very interesting and possibly can be used for tightening elbow ties (shown on the video below), single-gloves, hand/arm anchoring etc.

I haven’t tried this method yet and will not try in the nearest future, but I wonder if someone has time and space to test it.

I will post drawings later if I find them.

Self-bondage gone wrong or once more about the safety

Using a candle as a time-release is a well-known method. See, for example, this post.

What do you think might go wrong here?

  • the candle falls down and starts the fire
  • the string will not burn
  • you may fell off the bed and not be able to get back to pick up the keys or the knife
  • see the video below

What is different? Let’s go step by step.
