Your bondage or self-bondage ideas, techniques and sessions can be very complex, but you always have to start with something. Usually it’s a soft rope and a knife. For the overnight self-bondage scenarios one extra necessary element is added – a bed. And if you want inescapability – an ice-lock.

There are many reasons why you may want to be bound during the night, but I particular like this one – I love to wake up in bondage. Sometimes I have bondage dreams and the dreams continue in reality, sometimes I wake up and to my surprise I discover that I’m tightly bound, and I do not remember, when, where and how. Considering I’m always blindfolded (while in bondage), getting answers to these questions can be tricky.

As stated quite often, it’s difficult to fall asleep while wearing tight fetish clothes, various stimulators, let alone bound. However, as always, it’s just a matter of a habit. If you do it every night, sooner or later you get used to it.

Medium term office self-bondage scenarios. Part I. The general idea

You have to stay in your office (most likely home office) for several hours and do some work (or learn). You have to complete this work today, but you always get distracted.

The solution is – self-bondage! Limit you ability to move, eat, talk, listen, touch yourself and do your chores! After 3-4-5 hours, or to be more precise when the ice-lock decides that it’s enough, you will be released. Also a good method to loose weight if you have tendency to munch on something while working/studying.

Short self-bondage scenarios. Part III. Stretching and splits

I wish I could do splits… Whatever I tried, I’m still no closer than when I started. Probably I haven’t tried hard enough? How much time a day do you have to spend on stretching? What about one or two 15-20min self-bondage sessions?

The idea is to pull the ankles in the opposite directions:

The idea to combine stretching and self-bondage came to my mind since I started my deep-throat training. Basically, the stretching is staying in almost the same position and at constant tension for 10-15min several times a day. Why not to add some bondage elements to this boring but very necessary activity and spice it up a bit?

Do you have problems with zipping up your swimsuits, leotards, catsuits or zentai suits if the zip is located on your back? Or probably you would want to bring your bound arms close to the back of your neck (e.g. to be able to achieve the reverse prayer position, see the photo below)? The answer to both is stretching. And here’s a simple scenario how to achieve this.

Short self-bondage scenarios. Part I. The general idea

The idea to come up with a bunch of short and simple self-bondage scenarios naturally and logically appeared from the following:

  • In the nearest future might have a house just for myself for several weeks
  • Long serious “heavy loaded” self-bondage sessions require a lot of time and energy to prepare, implement and then clean up
  • Simple, short sessions (10-20min) can be enjoyed several times during the day
  • Such sessions can be combined with other activities
  • Sometimes you have the house/room/hotel/office only for a couple of hours

Posted on December 28, 2008 @02:17: Yet another method of tying karada. Or to be more precise – kikkou (see terms and translation here).

Though, this one does look similar to these ones, there are differences like hooking the ropes on the back and absence of the knots in the front. The pictured method will give you much tighter feeling in the crotch (try it with your favourite butt-plug in place 😉 ).

While the drawings are self-explanatory, I would greatly appreciate if someone could translate the Chinese text.

Ideas for forced deep throat self-bondage sessions

The subject quite frequently pops up in discussions (see the Forced deep throat forum thread). The main question is how to mount a dildo and make sure that it will not leave the mouth and throat of the self-bound person, but will allow some back and forth movements (for example, to pull the dildo out of the throat to relax and take a breath).

The attached photo shows how it can be achieved. You ideas on how to simplify this design are very welcome.

What can be added (or improved) to the designs from the previous part? Have a look at the inflatable suits in this eBay shop.

Built-in hoods with built-in (or added under) gags always turn me on. You can’t remove the gag and or the blindfolds without removing the suit first. And the seal between the hood and the suit is hermetical. No skin visible, no leak possible. Wear a collar or neck corset to enhance this effect 😉

Built-in leggings or tights will prevent sticking your hands/arms out through the leg openings even if you escaped the “strait-jacket position”. Or better add a waist belt to completely immobilize the arms (see Part II).
