Eurovision song festival 2012. Part II. Cyprus and latex

“Sexy librarians” from Cyprus as British media called them or “fetish librarians” as I called them were full of surprises.

Let’s begin with the singer (Ivi Adamou).

When I said:”Oh! I like her without any music!”
My daughter’s reaction was quick:”Is that because she’s wearing pantyhose?”. I actually liked her cunning naughty catlike smile, which reminded me Liv Tyler, but yes I did notice the pantyhose 😉

Then, when I was browsing through the photos, my son mentioned: “Hm.. strange… On these photos she’s not wearing pantyhose”.

The thing is – her legs were always bare. It was the lighting what made her appear as she was wearing light shade sheer pantyhose.

Eurovision song festival 2012 and shiny pantyhose. Part I

Anybody watched Eurovision 2012? I ignored it for the last 10 or so years but this year we happen to turn the TV on during the final and out of educational/investigative interest we watched it till the end.

The bottom line – booooooring. Except a couple of funny acts and performances (Moldova and Russia) and a couple of quite strong pop-songs (Sweden and Ukraine). Many songs were “borrowed” from well-known hits (e.g. compare what Serbia and “Secret Garden” did), but the main goal of this post (or rather a series of posts) is, of course, not the singing.

Yes, it’s about the clothes. Whatever or whenever I watch, read, look around I always keep an eye on something tight, shiny, transparent, high heeled or bound. And from what I noticed on this song festival is that pantyhose are making a slow comeback to the stage.

Family, Kids and fetish moments. Six fishnets

My curious and creative daughter put on 6 multi-colour fishnets (she would put more if she had them 🙂 to test what it would look like (it was a mess as expected, but worth a try) . I was just in time to make a couple of close-ups before she removed the last four, because her toes were squeezed too hard.

It was a late evening, too dark for macro-photography and “deep depth-of-field”, but still an interesting technical task to get the maximum out of it. Had to use very wide-angle and completely open diaphragm. See the result (6 photos) below.

“Realise” – swimsuits for maniacs

Realise swimsuits are well-known, but I like the description of these ones:

“It is a full-scale swimming suit costume brand for a maniac.

The real material for swimming suits is used. Although actual swimming can also be used satisfactorily, please keep in mind that a reliance cloth and cups are not attached. It starts from a pattern by an original design, and I am manufacturing by the same process as an actual swimming swimming suit, and sewing.

Since I am using the high-class water resistance material, a lotion play etc. should use in comfort.”

Very fair and very self-explanatory. Such suits are obviously made to turn completely transparent when wet ;-P

Stockings. Part V. Last school day and exploded Internet

In short: photos and videos of a “seminaked” 17yo schoolgirl from Pavlograd (Ukraine) wearing a transparent lacy mini-dress and stockings during the official school ceremony (Last school Day or Last ring of the school bell) exploded first the Ukrainian, then the Russian Internet, then other mass-media.

Yes, the same old story. Dreams, wishes you have to beware of, because they come true. She wanted to look like a model. She wanted to be different, popular. Stockings. Part IV. Art and manga

To continue the theme of the week – stockings.

Stockings or overknees are very common (if not mandatory) in manga, anime (and related cosplay) and, of course, vintage fetish comics. Fetish comics aside, my idea is to collect drawings where stockings are not just a part of a costume, but have special artist’s attention or focus (probably only mine ;-).

Stockings. Part III. Latex and fashion. “Très Bonjour”

What do you do when you and your family is on a non-fetish shopping (or at least when you already showed all fetish-looking clothes you could find around to your wife and kids) and you have nothing to do (e.g. when you do not need any clothes)? I usually find a sitting place with magazines and look for pantyhose/latex photos or compose posts on a smartphone.

This time I was lucky. In German “Vogue” (April 2012) I found weird tentacle-like clothes (to be posted about), a latex-look coat and latex overknees/stockings (see below). The latex-look coat turned out to be “Black Vynil-Effect Leather Short Sleeves Basque Top” from Céline. But the latex stockings is another story.

Stockings. Part II. Latex and fashion

Interesting, just change the material to latex and you get completely new look, which can not be achieved by nylon. The opposite is not true – latex stockings can look like nylon. Have a look at the 16 photos below with this idea in mind and let us know what you think.

I’m talking about the look only, the feel is completely different, of course. For example, while generally I do not like to wear nylon stockings (see Part I), latex ones are OK because of lubricant.
