Oh, BTW, Tor might be blocked by the Great Firewall. Hm... The solution might be adding non-standard bootstrap servers. I haven't dug that deep yet...

I didn't post my cert on the forum. But I added other cert to the connection. I can connect tor browser. connection works.

Doesn't work. No work automatically create a new (v3) service address after re-launch
my retroshare does not save any settings changes. this include adding new certs. any way to fix this without starting over?

Are you on Linux or Windows? On Linux - check the RS directory permissions and ownership (by default it's ~/.retroshare). Possibly the same should be done on Windows.

Finally, it works.
It was hard for me.
I've installed Ubuntu Hyper-V. (This was my first Linux System ever).
A lot of reading, try and errors later my RS with tor is running.
I didn't find a working version of RS for Ubuntu, so I compiled it by myself.
