It was really relaxing but I didn’t end with much of a feeling of being different. I felt a little bit of disorientation, but that passed within a few minutes.

BUT

That night I had a intensely realistic dream where I was camping with my family. I woke up (in the dream) as a teenage girl and climbed out of my tent to join everyone for breakfast. I was obviously a young woman and nobody seemed to see a difference in me. I remember panicking over my body being different. I woke up (for real) and couldn’t get back to sleep since i was convinced that’s my body was that of a woman. This lasted for about 1/2 hour.
