Zentai and kids pyjamas

Madmarcy knows how to design and shoot zentai suits. Look at the photos – beautiful kids pyjamas!

When I was a kid I would give all my toys for such a pyjama. Tight, gently hugging, slippery, extremely comfortable… I would even go to bed earlier.

I remember these rare moments when I could sleep in my blue nylon (there were no lycra kids tights at that time) a bit lacy patterned girly pantyhose (I do not know how and why they appear in my wardrobe, probably my grandma bought them for me instead of disgusting brown cotton ones). BTW, most likely this is when I “developed” pantyhose fetish, somewhere around 6 yo.

Rubber-like zentai and seams

I would even say “very latex-like zentai”, and this is the reason why I chose this Marcy Anarchy‘s photo set. The reflection is very latex-like (before polishing when still covered with a veil of talcum powder), the wrinkles are latex-like and the whole “feeling” (the first impression you get from a photo imagining yourself in the place of the subject) is rubber-like.

Unlike the “fishy” texture from Silver zentai, very shiny silver zentai and Marcy Anarchy post, the surface of this material is smooth and I bet warm and soft leather-like to touch (yes, leather, if you do not agree that is looks like latex 😉 I do not know what type of coating this is, but it’s definitely not metallic and more like wetlook lycra (I’m trying to avoid using “latex-like” again 😉 the popular shiny leggings are made of.

Silver zentai, very shiny silver zentai and Marcy Anarchy

When I saw the photos (see 12 photos below), my first thought was:”Wow! Latex zentai! In my favourite pewter colour!”. Then:”No, Marcy does not use latex”. Actually, the surface is not even smooth, it’s coated with some sort of scales.

Same old question: would you prefer latex, lycra or PVC? From some distance the look is almost the same. Even more, when the “pixels” disappear, such material looks more “like latex”, then actual latex. And PVC is even shinier.

As a side note, I absolutely love Marcy Anarchy’s (aka The Inventor of Zentai, aka Yasohachi Tukumo) photos. Japanese minimalism, Continue reading “Silver zentai, very shiny silver zentai and Marcy Anarchy”

Zentai on the TV. Made in Japan.

.. with candid videos, photos (Aurora is also there ;-), interviews (e.g. Marcy Anarchy) and lots of zentai. Zentai in public, zentai on the beach, putting zentai on, metallic zentai, patterned zentai, etc.

The only problem is – it’s in French I’m absolutely not good at. Any volunteers to translate it?

Many thanks to Tie Up Time for finding the video.
