MJ-SB03/2011 – Home alone: Office chair tied and vibrated (...not!)

OK – a change of style.

It takes me a long time to type, review, re-type and publish my thoughts, emotions and experiences from a session. Having had very little (read ‘zero’ Dodgy ) feedback for my first sessions of 2011, I am going to try a different style which might appeal more to you the reader and is much easier for me, the writer, to complete! 😁

The session was a simple one, using my office chair, ice-cube release and timed vibrator


Equipment:

1 pair tan 20den shiny pantyhose (my absolute favourites)
1 pair black ‘Aristoc’ opaque [pantyhose (for the blindfold)
1 old pair nude sheer pantyhose (with arm holes at waist and crotch area removed)

4 ice cubes and a towel

The session:

I had returned from my shopping experience (see Home Alone) and, with butt-plug safely re-inserted, I wanted to try a scene I’d first attempted years ago but this time with a little more spice.
I was still partially dressed from my earlier session (see MJ-SB02/2011), but added a few more elements by inserting my ear-plugs, encasing my head used a ball for a gag and put on my boots.
The idea in this session was to try and isolate myself even further from any of the ‘normal’ sensations. The ear plugs and blindfold are not unusual, but I added my office swivel chair and tied my booted feet up and away from any contact with the floor.

I’d already encased most of my body, but had gone a little bit over the top with multiple layers of knee-highs on my head (two pantyhose legs, plus 3 knee-highs made it very opaque). I’m preparing my wrist coils and have tucked the remaining 4 knee-highs (2 for each arm) into the front of my body for easy retrieval later.

after checking everything was in place I used the black pantyhose as a blindfold – I just wish I’d checked the massager switch at the same time!

The SRD is fixed to the chair by an ice-release – it will hold tight until the ice melts. My booted ankles are lifted upwards and held in place by a rope across the top of my thighs. You will note the two cords running towards the camera. The zigzag one is the power lead to the massager (from the digital timer) and the straight one is my emergency escape route with a sharp pair of scissors – one end is tied to the chair, close to my bound wrists, the other is looped around the camera tri-pod leg and pulling it will be expensive and must only be used in real emergencies!


Now I’m really stuck:

the wrist coils are cinched very tightly by the tight white rope down to the chair leg and I’m utterly helpless. The dark band on my forearm is caused by the double knee-highs encasing my hands, wrists and arms. I also appear to be smuggling a wok, hence the impression of a large belly… if only!

The ice holding the SRD has finally melted enough to allow my freedom, notice the white rope around my wrists that was fastened to the chair, has fallen slack to the floor.

What went well?

Lots of things: the feeling brought on by a combination of being blind, deaf and unable to touch anything but the chair was incredible. I have never felt so cut-off from the outside world and so alone with my thoughts. The photos tell a small part of the story, as I twisted and turned slightly in the chair – at the time I genuinely had no idea of where I was facing. Lifting my feet from the floor was very intense and will be something I shall do again.
The SRD worked brilliantly well, again, and left me helplessly stuck for nearly 30 minutes using only 3 ice-cubes.
Using my work chair for SB was a real thrill. As I sit in the very chair and type these words (officially I’m taking a ‘screen break’) only I know how ‘naughty’ I’ve been as my mind goes back to the session. The way every slight movement (looking back at the video I didn’t twist more than about 45 degrees in any direction) was exaggerated so that it felt like I was turning around and around was both exciting and disorientating.

What could be improved?

Err… my physique! I’m very embarrassed by the obvious overweight state of my body – a combination of over-eating this winter (under control again) and lack of exercise due to injury (a slow recovery), the video and pictures showed how quickly and badly I’d lost condition and gained weight… oh dear! Blush

The massager didn’t run! Somehow I’d moved the sliding switch from ‘1’ to ‘off’ and hadn’t noticed. The frustration of being bound and not stimulated was almost too much (some might say that it was a perfect scenario – but I was so desperate I nearly pulled the emergency release!). What made it worse was that I could just about hear the ‘click’ of the digital timer as it switched on and off, making me even more aware of what I was missing!

Adding something else to the scene; as usual when I’m bound my mind starts to run riot with fantasies about what else could be happening to me, but I can’t think of one (or two) specific element that could be easily and safely added – most of my favourites are not (I think) suitable. Nipple clamps fixed to an immobile object sound like fun, but what happens if I swivel too far? (Ouch!). An enema is always an option, but I don’t (can’t) ruin my office chair and I’ve read that you can’t get an enema to work when seated (is this true?) - Any suggestions?

This program works as the Selfbondage CD Tray Opener 3.0 when using motion detection, but far better.

This time the motion detection is done by a Silverlight script done by Vangos Pterneas, that means that is smoother than the motion detection method of the CD Tray Opener 3.

As it works with Silverlight API, make for sure that it will work with most of the webcams.

As it works showing a html file, you have to run the program with a folder called webcam in the same folder.
Like the Sefbondage Color Finder 2.0 you're going to need that the computer where you run the Motion Detector have the silverlight plugin installed to work (but, it doesn't need to be connected to internet to work).

As the rest of my programs the Selfbondage Motion Detector blocks forced rebbots or shutdowns of Windows and checks the battery level of the computer every second,so if it drows under 20% it automatically runs the desired release method.

I've recicled the gui of the Selfbondage Color Finder 2.0 to create the Selfbondage Motion Detector.
The first time that you open the program your screen will look like this:

If you take a look at the grey square on the middle of the screen you'll see a button and a slider:

Pressing this button silverlight will prompt you for permission to acces to your webcam:

When you accept you'll see webcam's image on screen. Everytime you move the blackground of the slider will be filled with red color.
You can adjust the accuracy of the motion detection just moving the slider.

When you've adjusted the motion detection take a look at the right side of the gui. You'll find three groups of inputs to setup your session.

The first one is the one dedicated to setup the duration of the session:

Is like my other programs.

You have to input how long d'you want the session to last here:

and if you want to play with random time you must check this checkbox and type here the minimum desired time

and here the maximum:

so the computer will calculate a number beetwen the max and the min. If you input a min higher than the max the countdown will end as soon as you start the session.

As you can't tie yourself whitout moving and the program will tease when you move, is cristal clear that you're going to need sometime to tie yourself before the motion detection starts.
You can input the time that you think that you're going to need to tie yourself here:

(later, during the countdown that appears to show you how much time left until real session starts you'll have the change to increase or decrease this timer).

Finally inside this group you can activate or desactivate the beep during the countdown just checking this:

The next group that you find is the one dedicated to setup the teasing options:

Let's take a look at this group.

The first option that we find let us to tell to the program that when we move it adds x minutes to countdown.
As not everybody have teasing devices I think it would be a good reason to stay quiet while you're waiting for the key.

You can setup the program to do not add any time when motion is detected up to 9 minutes. If you do not want the program to add time to countdown when you move just input a zero in the inputbox (default is 1):

The second option that you find let's you setup how many times you can make a movement before the program teases you and also add the time inputed above to the countdown.

If you want that the computer teases you everytime you move just input zero. If you want that the computer let's you move 5 times before being teased input 5 (at the 6th movement you'll be teased and desired time will be added). Maximun allowed is 9 movements before being teased.
Later I will explain how the program informs to you about how many movements you have made.

Next options let's you choose and test what program do you want to be executed as teasing method when motion is detected:

The default option is any program called pain.exe stored in the same folder that the Selfbondage Motion Detector. This time I have added the possibility of running differents programs depending on the fault that you've made. One for moving, another one for not being quiet and a third for the ranmdom teasing. If you want the same teasing for all the cases just choose the same program as teasing method.

On Selfbondage Movement Deterctor there is also a random teasing option:

You can setup the program to tease you randomly. So the Selfbondage Motion Detector will run the teasing program you have choosed on the input above. If you check this option you'll have to choose the % of probabilities of being randomly teased every second. The maximum % is 25% and the minimum allowed is 1%. Everytime that the program teases you due to this option you'll see on the screen a little indow like this one:

As explained above you can choose what program do you want to be executed to tease you when random teasing works:

Default is any program called pain.exe stored in the same folder that the main program. So if you do not have a program called pain.exe and yu do not choose any other with the change button you'll be no teased.

If you do want to use a different teasing program than the one that teases you when you move just select it and test if it works as you expected with the test button.

The last options inside the teasing group are related to sound teasing.

To activate it just mark the checkbox.

Now you can set up the sound level. To do it we need a microphone. Moving the slider we have to set a maximum level of noize threshold, and if we make a noize louder than this level during the session we will be teased:

Until you press the start session button everytime that you make a noize louder that the max allowed level the computer will beep. Use that beep to adjust the noize threshold because when session starts the beep will become an external program running (a "pain.exe" that plays a sound during a minute maybe?)

As the other teasing options you can define what program do you want to be executed when you make noize with that control:

Like the movement teasing you can setup how many minutes d'you want to be added to the countdown when you make any sound louder that the threshold (that's the way you'll learn to remain quiet). You can setup this addition of time with the last option on the teasing group:

Once again if you do not want to add time to countdown just input zero. The max allowed is 9.


After you have setup the teasing options is time to see how are you going to be free. The last group is about the releasing method:

Here you have two options: select an external program to work as release method (opening the cd tray, moving a servomotor,showing images on screen with the combination needed to open a combination padlock,etc...) or just select what cd tray d'you want to be opened to release a key
(putting the laptop on a shell out of reach, you can play with an usb camera and conecting the computer to an external monitor or flat tv).

If you choose that you want to run an external program as release method YOU'LL HAVE TO TEST IT if you want to start the session. Countdown will not start if you haven't tested that your selected release method works as desired.

When battery level goes under 20% the program will run the desired release method (the cd tray or the program that you've choosed)


Once you have setup all the desired options you're ready to go. When you are ready to start click on the start session button:

and you'll get a new window with a countdown and two buttons:

During this countdown teasing methods will not work. This timer is just to letting you tie yourself. We can have the mouse next to us and if we see that we're alredy tied (just remains one hand, for example), we can force the program to start the session in one minute or if we are taking very long to tie ourselves then we can add 1 minute to the countdown.

When this countdown ends the real session will start.
You'll get on screen a new countdown with a progress bar showing you how many time remains until the release method will be activated:

If you have setup a random time session the countdown will look like this:

On a normal session without random timer, sound teasing activated and more than zero movements before being teased the screen will look like this:

If you take a look under the video you'll see two progressbars.

The first one have a picture of a microphone and shows the level of noize that you're doing on real time.

It works like this:

So if you have setup a sound threshold of 20% when you make a noize over the 20% the bar will be filled and you'll be teased (and time will be added to the countdown).
This progressbar will only be on screen when you've setup a session with sound teasing. So if you don't you'll not lose screen espace.


The second bar is only showed when you have setup more that zero movments before being teased. It will be filled everytime that you move:

It will be yellow until you are one movement away of being teased. Then it turns to red:

so on next movement you'll be teased and time will be added to the countdown.

If you have inputed that you want to be teased after 1 movement, the progressbar will be filled at the 50% a coloured in red at the first movement that you made (and on the second one... you'll be teased).

On next versions I will add the option of decrease this bar if you do not move during some minutes.


Even with both bars on screen, the program will look for motion on the whole webcam image, so, if bars are drawed over a part of your body and you move that part of your body the program will see that movement

MJ-SB02/2011 – Home alone: Tied to the bed, legs spread and vibrated

The sun was shining, spring had arrived, I was home alone and the perfect opportunity for some fun was not to be missed.

Now, pay attention dear reader, this is big one with lots of text relating to my feelings as the session progressed. You may wish to simply skip to the photos, but if you do I think you will miss out on the true feeling of a great self-bondage session. The choice is yours, I will not force you to do anything you don’t want to – freedom of expression and choice is a right.

The session:
After the previous night of fun with the enema and sleeping (eventually) encased from neck to toe in pantyhose I was yearning to have even more fun. It had been ages since I’d last tied myself to the bed, so with the warm sun streaming through the cream blinds of the bedroom I set about my self-bondage adventure.

Dressing came first; I’d still got my fabulous bodysuit on, but added my usual extras of condom and doubled over knee high to my cock (for me, this not only feels nice but also helps prevent easy stimulation and early orgasm… usually at least!). Next was my largest butt-plug, not as huge as some you see being inserted (my eyes water at some videos on the internet – I’m sure I’d split myself apart with the enormous objects that get stuffed into asses!), well lubricated, it slid pleasantly inside and created the first stirrings of arousal. The two pairs of nude pantyhose came next and finally I topped off my legs with the shiny tan pantyhose – these are my 100% favourites. Tan is my number one colour and the shine on these is exceptional, sadly I can’t recall the brand or where I purchased them and I’m starting to become desperate in seeking a replacement pair. They look and feel like 30-40denier and are not your typical 10/15den sheer/shiny pantyhose, plus they have a body-shaping feel to them.

Over the top went my black lycra body (it’s actually an old one the GF was throwing out after she’d lost weight. I like to think of it as recycling – it’s almost worn out, but still feels very sexy), I followed up by tightly lacing on my high-heeled boots and finally wrapping a padded collar around each ankle and buckling them in place. Maybe it’s a personal ‘kink’ but I like to be dressed (fully or partially) before I start setting up the paraphernalia of any self bondage session. I find something sexy about wearing pantyhose and lycra as I move around the house, sorting through ropes, gags, chains and such – the warm sunlight filtering through the bedroom blind added a sense of wellbeing to the whole scene.

My plan was to tie myself to the bed, legs spread as wide apart as I could manage, with an ice-cube release and the added thrill of a timed vibrator in an appropriate position. I had already sorted out the ice cubes (stored away from the sun and heat under the bed), set up the SRD, pre-programmed my digital timer for the massager and (fanfare or trumpets please) set up my video camera! I was using a home-made spreader bar to hold my legs apart, and used rope to secure it to the foot of the bed and preventing it from moving either upwards or side to side. A second rope was lopped 4 times around the middle of the bed, where my waist would be, to provide a binding point for later. Finally I fastened a leather wrist cuff to the centre of the wooden beam across the head of the bed; the d-ring of the cuff was to be the tether point for my wrists and I made certain that I couldn’t reach the buckles from my bound position.

The SRD was fixed to an eye in the middle of the spreader bar and a folded towel placed to capture the water from melting ice (I’d placed a plastic bag inside the folded towel to prevent any dampness seeping onto the mattress – it worked very well), I didn’t add the ice at this point, leaving it until the last moment. I now set about ensuring I had an alternative release that could be used in case of direst emergency (fire, burglary, GF coming home early!). I needed it to be available but at such a cost that I really wouldn’t use it unless I absolutely had to. What I devised used a rope tied to the cuff at the head of the bed (easily in reach of my bound wrists) that was then tied to a pair of very sharp scissors, which could be pulled up to my hand and used to cut the rope to my wrists. The ‘cost’ was that I tied a second rope to the same part of the scissors, ran it down through spreader bar eye my SRD was tied to and then back up be tied off on a short rope that joined a pair of clover nipple clamps (you might recall that I’ve used these before – the more you pull the harder they bite!) I know that I can pull them off, but it is really, really, painful to do so and not something you’d attempt unless very desperate to be free.

I was nearly ready to start, so quickly made sure my pre-coiled wrist rope was in place, the ‘pull’ rope and the slip-noose from the SRD safely tucked behind the cuff on the head of the bed, knee-highs within easy reach, etc. Double checking that I’d not forgotten anything I loaded the ice cubes into my mini-laundry bag which formed the release to the SRD.

Now, maybe it’s just me, but I never quite know how much ice to use – there are so many variables like temperature (the obvious one), the size of the ring you use to prevent the ice cube passing through (less obvious) and the pressure you can exert on the release mechanism when pulling at it. The set-up I use involves the ice release being part of the tether for the SRD (ice melts, SRD becomes unfastened and rope is freed), which means the pressure on the ice and its container is much greater then if it was simply going to drop some keys to the floor. On this occasion I initially used 2 cubes, but then changed my mind and increased the number to 4 – reasoning that I might be able to forcefully pull 2 cubes through the metal loop too easily and escape earlier than intended. That left me the task of when to set my digital timer to start, I reckoned that 20 minutes would be enough time to both bind myself and enjoy the tension of waiting for my first vibrations.

Now I was literally working against the clock – I had to complete my bondage and get settled before the first cycle of vibrations cut in or I would have failed in my plan.

First step was to complete the encasement of my head and neck; my new bodysuit covers much more of my chest and lower neck that the old catsuit did, but still leaves my upper neck and head exposed. My solution was the old trick of pulling a pair of pantyhose over my head, with a hole at the waist on each side for my arms to go through. Before staring the encasement I inserted my ear plugs – this is a addition that I’m using more and more in my SB sessions, there is something about shutting down (almost) another one of my senses and the way it enhances my feelings whilst bound. After rolling the top of my black body from my shoulders and down to my waist, I pushed my head into one of the pantyhose legs and I pulled the waist down across my chest. I’d pre-cut the crotch open and pulled the ‘open’ end of the remaining leg up and over my head to create a double layer of nylon on my head and 100% encasement of neck, shoulders and head. Very sexy, but also very damaging to pantyhose, as they seldom last more than a few session before they are too laddered to be of further use. I pulled the black body straps back up over my shoulders and smoothed it all into place to compete my costume.

Quickly climbing onto the bed I started to complete my bondage. I stretched my left leg to the end of the spreader bar and used the shackle to secure it in place by linking a d-ring on the collar around my ankle to an eye screwed into the end of the bar, and then repeated the process on my right ankle. Lying back on the bed I felt the first trembling of excitement flow through my body. Not wanting to lose the moment I checked once more that I’d not sat on anything I needed of knocked it off the bed (I’ve done both before!) ensuring my ropes where still where they needed to be. I took short rope and proceeded to very tightly cinch my waist down to the rope across the bed – by repeatedly crossing my stomach and pulling the rope under the bed rope I was able to tie myself tightly down, which I then increased by deliberately exhaling a much as I could and sucking my stomach in to allow for a final pass of the rope before securing it off. I was bound incredibly, but comfortably, tightly to the middle of the bed and my legs where helplessly spread and secured to the foot of the bed, leaving only my arms and head free. Now for the massager; I checked it was in ‘low’ mode, with the vibrating head tucked into the crotch of the black body holding it tightly, but comfortably against my cock and balls.

The escape mechanism was my next task; taking deep breaths the calm myself I teased my nipples through the multiple fabrics covering them until they became erect and then carefully, very carefully, applied a clover clamp to each in turn. Done gently this does not hurt at all, possibly due to the multiple layers protecting them, and even an exploratory tug on each clamp, to ensure they would hold firmly, was no more than an added tease.

Now I added my gag, pulling the nylon over my mouth forwards to provide some slack I pushed in a large ball forcing nylon and ball behind my teeth, then pulled 2 knee-highs over my head to secure the ball in place – I know from experience that I can’t push the ball out from my mouth when my head is encased like this. A further 2 knee-highs went onto each arm, as always I pulled then up beyond my elbows to ensure that I both 100% encasement and also that they created the additional handicap of tight mittens around my fingers.

I was finally ready to complete my self-bondage.

Slipping my left wrist through the pre-coiled rope I reached up to the leather cuff on the top bar of the bed and found the slip-noose I’d tied earlier and ensured it was pulled through the d-ring of the cuff. Slipping the noose over the coiled rope I pushed my second wrist through in the opposite direction to my first and twisted them into alignment. The coils pulled tight bringing that warm feeling of helplessness, but I wanted more so I started to work on the ‘pull’ rope form the SRD to tighten the noose and cinch the coils tighter still. The first meter of so was easy, but then I started to feel the noose tighten. As I kept pulling it tightened more and more, slowly pulling my wrists closer and closer to the to of the bed. Eventually I couldn’t, move the ‘pull rope’ any further and try as hard as I could there was no way my wrists could be freed from their cinched imprisonment. I was well a truly helpless.

I had no idea of how long it had taken me to get into this position, I couldn’t see the clock through the layers of nylon covering my head and I had no idea of how long I would have to wait for the first vibrations to start. For reasons I still can’t fully describe I was almost trembling with excitement – just through the thrill of being so utterly bound and helpless. Strangely I wasn’t erect, but still felt very turned on… or maybe just very, very happy?

Head and upper chest: I used a small orthopaedic pillow to rest my head on, which was incredibly comfortable, but during the middle stages of my session I really wanted my head and upper body to be fixed in place like my wrists, waist and legs. At the moment I can’t see a solution to all of these – my chest could be tied down, but I’m cautious about still being able to breathe freely. I could also use a collar around my neck to achieve something, but the breathing issue is even more important. Whatever ideas I come up with for my head all fail in tests; I can either easily slip out of the straps/ropes or they become uncomfortable after a short while which makes them unusable for longer sessions (I’ve tried using ropes as a combined gag/blindfold binding to a padded post, which really hold well, but can become painful after 10-15 minutes)

Massager/Vibrator: Hmmm… Was this actually very good or does it need improvement? I’m still not sure either way! Let me just say that in the perfect scenario the first 7 cycles would have tormented me to within a breath of orgasm and the final one would have delivered the ultimate climax.

Blindfold: I don’t regret not using one, but next time I will give it a go – just for the extra fun. Actually I would really like to try a hood, which, from experience always works that much better at depriving me of sight. Hello from Barcelona. As I don't know how to edit the title of a thread in Ra's forums I post the entire post again with the newer version:

Do you have any fitness machine at home?

If so, I've updated the Fitness Unpersonal Trainer to version 1.3:

Here is the main gui of the program:

And what does this program do?
Basically it forces you to make exercise while you are tied if you don't want to be punished.

It doens't need to be installed to work (works fine from an USB)
Works on Windows XP, Vista and 7
It has the antishutdown and the battery level checker included on the Selfbondage CD Tray Opener.

Let's see how it works:
We need to have a computer (not needed to be a laptop this time), a fitness machine and a teasing device (we will talk about this devices later)

In the main gui we have to input some variables to customize the selfbondage sessions.

  • We have a Time Input, where we must enter the minutes that we want to make exercise

You can setup sessions up to 200 minutes

During the session we will have a countdown on screen with the time remaining:

  • As the Selfbondage CD Tray Openers we can activate a beep during the countdown checking that checkbox:

  • And we can also play with random time checking this option:

  • If you decide to play with random time you will have to input the maximum time that you want to play here:

    So the computer will calculate a number of minutes between the max and the min

If we play with random time we will not get the progress bar with the countdown on screen and the normal countdown will look like this:

So you will not know how much time left.

As the program is designed to punish us when we do not make the exercises, and we can do that while we are tying ourselves, we need a security time from the moment we press the button START to begin the session and the moment the program starts the teasing if we do not exercise.
I call this time "The Warming Time" (athelic and sexual warming).
  • You can change the time in minutes that you need to finish tying yourself before the teasing starts with this option:

When we press the START button to begin the Fitness session the program will show on screen the warming time countdown:

If you have any problem during the warming/tying time you can exit the program just pressing the escape key on our keyboard.
We can have the mouse next to us and if we see that we're alredy tied (just remains one hand, for example), we can force the program to start the session in one minute or if we are taking very long to tie ourselves then we can add 5 minutes to the warming countdown


If you do have a little sadomasochistic mind you are going to love the next option:

    Checking it every second the program will choose a number between 1 and 100, and if this random number is smaler than the % than you've entered on this option (only values from 1% to 25%) you'll be teased like if you haven't made the exercise ,so you have from 1% to 25% of possibilities of being punished even doing a perfect fitness session every second (only if the checkbox is activated!)

Everytime you get punished with this option you'll see on screen a little window like that:

So you can see why you are being whipped or spanked.

  • As the time limit, we also have to setup the maximun number of punishes we can get during a session. This number can be changed here:

    So when we have been punished that number of times, the session will end


During the sesion we will have a counter on screen with the amount of teasing remaining:

When this counter reaches zero the session will end... but if you fail doing your exercise while you are being teased the counter will not decrease... Failing while a punishment will add 1 extra punishment to the counter (so you can't drop this number as easy as being quiet while you're teased)


As the time limit we have a security maximum number of times that we can be teased. You can only setup up to 500 teasings.
  • There is also a random option for the number of teasing. It works like the random time option. You can activate the random number of teasing here:

  • If you decide to play with random number of teasing you will have to input the maximum number of times you want to be punished here:

    and the minimum number of teasing that you want to play here:

    So the computer will calculate a number between the max and the min


One thing that I love of this mode is that you're not going to know the number of teasing that the computer has calculated until the warming time countdown ends. Is amazing to be cuffed to a fitness bike, anal plugged, tape gagged, having choose the maximun time allowed (so if you want to be free you're going to exercise more than 2 hours or get the whole pain treatment) and see that the computer has calculated a REALLY BIG number of teasing. And remeber that you are at the hands of the merciless master: your computer

  • As is not the same exercise if you are using a stepper or a exercise bike, you can set the speed of the exercise that the computer is going to use during the session with that option:

    Pressing the "Test Exercise Speed" button you can get an idea of the speed required. The beep that sounds will be translated as punishment during the session, so choose carefully. Next versions will have diferents setups (start the session with on speed, increase it at the middle, decrease at the end... like real bodypump sessions)


If you take a look at the bottom left of the main gui you will see two buttons.
  • The first one opens the webcam setup:

    Clicking on it we will open the webcam setup window:

    here you can choose if you want to take pictures of your session with your webcam Pictures will be saved on the desktop on a folder created by the program. The program will take pictures every 20 seconds or everytime you get punished (I have to include this option on the CD Tray Opener 4)


If you want to use this feature simply check the checkbox and when you have setup the rest of the options on the main window press the START button to begin (the program will close the webcam setup window itself).

If you do not want to use the photo feature click on the "Don't use webcam" button and the option will be unchecked and the webcam window will be closed.
Sorry but during the sesson there's not webcam windows with a preview of your session. Maybe in next versions, who knows.
  • Next to the webcam button you will see the microphone button:

    Clicking it will open the microphone setup window:

    here you can choose if you want that the program listen through a microphone and teases you when you make any sound louder than the choosed one

It works like the sound teasing of the CD Tray Openers, and, like the webcam feature, if you want to use this option you have to check the checkbox on the little microphone window and press the Start button on the main gui when you have the other options set. The program will close the Microphone setup window before the warming contdown begin.

If you do not want to use the microphone feature click on the "Do not use microphone teasing" button and the option will be unchecked and the microphone window will be closed.
During the session the sound level that you're doing every moment will be showed with this window:

One of the best things that you an do with this feature is to gag yourself and use a headset secured with tape, putting the microphone next to your nose, so if you breath very strongly you'll be teased.

This "pain.exe" is the program that will be executed everytime you're going to be teased

  • To check that "pain.exe" works as you want (it means, that it teases you) you can use this option:

    so clicking in the Test button the program will run a exe named "pain.exe" stored in the same folder that you have the Fitness Unpersonal Trainer.

Remember that the name must be "pain.exe", not "Pain.exe" or "PAIN.exe"


The Selfbondage Fitness Personal Trainer also runs another program when the session ends. If you have a program named "exit.exe" in the same folder than the Fitness Unpersonal Trainer. You can use this program as release method of as a final punishment. (or maybe both!!! Just imagine that you've tied your slave to the exercise machine with the fastest exercise setup and when the session ends, exit.exe is a 5 minutes working vibrator script as reward, and after this 5 minutes a release method)
  • To test that exit.exe works as you want you have an option very similar to the one for the "pain.exe":

Use this button to make sure that when the session finish exit.exe works as you want (key releasing, for example).


When you have setup your session you can press the START button at the bottom to begin the session.
Doing it you'll get on your computer the warming countdown screen and when it reaches zero the real fun will begin.
If you have choosed the Microphone teasing and not random timer your screen will look like that:

If the progress bar reaches zero the Fitness Trainer will run "pain.exe" and you'll be teased
The only way of stop this progress bar is pressing one of the keys coloured in the keyboard showed on the image

As if you press one of the keys that stops the progress bar as if you don't and get punished, the program will delete this window and create another one asking you to press another group of keys:

I call this two groups of keys group1 (letters) and group 2 (numbers).

The best way of using the program is with an external usb keyboard (and depeding on your fitness machine you can even use 2 usb keyboards, one for every group of keys).

MJ-SB01/2011 – Home alone: Self-bondage seated enema

At last - time alone to play some self-bondage games! It had been such a long time since I’d last tied myself up and ‘suffered’ an enema that even thinking about it in the weeks before had been such a turn on that I HAD to try it in my first scenario.

Equipment:

The session:

First things first – sorry, but no photos. Yes, I know I’d promised, but circumstances on this occasion made it very difficult to get a good shot and I was so keen to get started that I didn’t want to waste valuable time trying to figure out a solution.

Whenever I involve an enema in my self-bondage there is always a subtle element of risk to the scene; Will I be able to hold it in whilst I free myself? What happens if I can’t! I guess that is part of the thrill, but it does make me take a few extra precautions and, for now, limits me to the bathroom for my play.

I carefully chose my attire for the session, not wishing to risk my ‘best’ gear with the whole weekend ahead. Staring off with my usual condom and knee-high over cock, I proceeded to ensure my enema plug was safely and securely in place (I will post a separate dissertation on how I made this) and the tube running up my back to just above my head. I followed by pulling on an old pair of black pantyhose with a ‘cock-hole’ in the crotch and finally my old catsuit over the top, which saw me almost fully encased, with only my lower arms and head uncovered. I tightly laced my high-heeled boots on as a part of the predicament I was planning – more on that later!

This was to be a short session, but I did want to have some ‘real’ self-bondage, so for my release method I’d chosen the ‘long-string and key’. This is a very simple, but effective method - The idea is to firmly secure one end to whatever you are tied to (in this case my chair, but you can tie it to your body). You gain release by pulling the string back to you until you have the key or knife to free yourself with. The longer the string the longer you have to pull, the thinner and more slippery it is the harder it is to pull and the easier it is to slip form your hands forcing you to start over again. The only rules are that you must be able to reach the string nearest you with your hands (duh!) and you need to ensure the string can not become stuck when pulling it towards you (a little bit stuck can be fun, so long as it comes free before the string breaks!). I use a 10m length of thin nylon rope, which is supple, very slippery and also strong. I laid out the length through the open bathroom door and along the hallway, making sure the handcuff key was securely tied to the far end and the other end was tied firmly to the chair where I expected my cuffed wrists to be.

I primed the enema by hanging it around 1.5m above my seated position, bled the air from the pipe and clamped the open end as close to where I’d be tied as I could. I had positioned the chair as far from the toilet as possible (the bathroom is large, but not massive – so this was only around 3m or so, but I felt it added to my predicament anyway), and set about arranging all the remaining paraphernalia within easy reach.

Confident that nothing had been forgotten or left out of reach I sat down in a reversed position on the chair – with my chest against the backrest, legs down either side and my ass slightly over the front of the seat. First things first I connected the enema to my plug and released a little water, sufficient to blow a small bubble of air and a trickle of water into my colon… my body was already tingling with anticipation. I re-clamped the pipe above my head and set about binding my ankles to the chair.

I’d deliberately selected a long length of rope, and so I made 10 turns around my booted left ankle and a the left chair leg, cinching it twice, before bringing the rope up and over my thighs and then repeating the process on my right ankle and chair leg. I still had plenty of rope left in my hands so I ran the rope around the top of my thighs and under chair seat around 3 times and, on impulse, used the last meter or so to ties my waist as close to the chair back as I could manage. Though I was certain that the pipe running from the enema bag to my plug was strong enough to not be crushed by this last binding I released the clamp and was rewarded with a further trickle of water that confirmed all was well before I closed it again.

As I sat with my legs, thighs and waist tightly bound to the chair I was surprised to find myself trembling with a mixture of excitement and effort, sweat was appearing on my forehead and I realised, not for the first time, how much physical effort it took to set myself up in a self-bondage session. The anticipation was also building as a rushed to finish my bindings.

I love being gagged, so my head was quickly covered in 2 knee-highs, followed by a ball gag tightly buckled shut. Each hand and lower arm was then encased in a further pair of knee-highs to both left and right, all 4 pulled up and beyond my elbows to form a restrictive ‘mitten’ over each of my hands. The enema hose was looped down from the bag, in front of my head and then up again to its connection with the pipe down my back to the plug. A gentle pull brought the hose and clamp down to around waist level, but when released they swung back upwards and away from my body – perfect.

I cuffed my left wrist in front of the chair back, and pulled the right cuff and linking chain behind one of the waist ropes tied to the chair back to prevent any movement upwards (to the enema hose) or sideways. I re-checked that I could easily reach my ‘long-string and key’ escape and certain all was well I reached upwards with my right hand and gently pulled the enema hose clamp until I could grasp it in my left hand. This was more difficult than it sounds; the nylon of my knee-high mittens was very slippery and made the steel clamp feel like an oiled glass bead in my hands. Only when I was sure I’d got a good grip did I bring my right wrist down and ratchet the handcuff shut with a slow series of clicks.

I was now stuck until I retrieved the key, far away at the end of that length of string, but my predicament wasn’t yet complete. For many minutes I simply revelled in the helplessness of my situation, enjoying the strange freedom in my mind that always seems to contradict the bondage of my body. I strained each leg in turn, then my wrists, my waist and finally my whole body – nothing that was bound moved more than a few cm and I was well and truly tied in place.

Satisfied that I couldn’t wriggle free, even if I wanted to, I finally took a deep breath and released the clamp on the enema hose, tossing it far from my bound position. The released hose lifted upwards beyond any hope of reaching it and the water in the enema was free to flow. I was now bound to suffer the enema until I could retrieve the key, which I knew from experience was not going to be an easy task.

As with some of my previous enema experiences there was no sudden feeling of in-rushing fluids, in fact there was no sensation at all. Lulled by this I didn’t immediately begin the task of pulling my release key closer – in fact I became determined to hold for as long as possible before even starting. My suspicions now are that I must have, by lucky change or careful planning (guess which one) managed to match the enema to my body temperature, thus reducing the sensations at the early stages.

Having now enacted the final part of my predicament, I sat back to enjoy the ride.

Struggling with my nylon covered fingers, made even clumsier by the twin layers and soft, silky, rope I fumbled for many seconds trying to grasp the release line in my hands. I finally found enough grip to start the retrieval of my handcuff key. I had set my challenge just right and every few seconds it seemed that I would feel the silken cord slip through my clumsy grasp leaving me to start over again.

With the sensations within my colon now becoming more demanding I finally found a way to pull the rope through my fingers, still numbed by the double skin of fabric, without dropping it. I managed to gain what felt like many metres, but what was in fact no more than 50cm, before I dropped my escape line once again.

Pausing for a moment I contemplated my self imposed fate – I could, just, see the clear enema hose above my head but the nylon covering hid the detail of if there was still a flow of fluids or not. Was I now as full as I would get or was there more of the enema to come? I didn’t know and found the sensation thrilling. Would I simply have to hold what I had until I freed myself or was there so much more to come that I would be cramped and desperate before I escaped? The feelings inside my body still hadn’t reached the urgent demands of immediate release, so I didn’t want to rush.

Back to my escape and I re-started the slow, cumbersome, task of working the rope a centimetre or so at a time through my encased fingers. This time I didn’t drop the rope, but the key snagged once or twice on the hallway carpet causing a momentary rush of adrenaline as I struggled to find enough purchase to overcome the obstinate blockage to freedom.

I don’t know how long it took me to finally grasp the key in my mitten clad fingers, maybe 10 minutes, maybe only 5 – it seemed much longer at the time. But there I sat, my freedom in my hand, and I paused…. I wasn’t desperate, yet, to be free. There were no urgent demands from my body to expel the enema deep inside. I quickly made a decision and threw the cord and its attached key as far away from my bound body as I could. I had decided to remain like this a while longer…

Once again there was an odd thrill in what I’d done by making the choice to stay bound for longer. I revelled in my self imposed helplessness and let my mind wander into fantasy and eroticism. I could, just, rub my encased nipples against the wooden chair back gaining a frustratingly pleasant sensation (guys: if you’ve never played with your own nipples, next time you’re aroused given them a tweak – it can be surprisingly erotic). I experimented again with my bound lower body, straining and pulling at the ropes and handcuffs tethering me to the chair. Wonderfully, I realised I was still utterly helpless and unable to even shift position more than a couple of cm in any direction. I couldn’t even manipulate the plug in my ass, though trying to do so did trigger a sensation that re-focused my attention to the reality of my situation.

The first, almost gentle, stirrings of the trapped enema had started to make themselves felt. I needed to seek freedom or could find myself in trouble. Once more I fumbled for what seemed an age to full the cord through my figures, dropping it twice, until the handcuff key was in my encased fingers. Actually manipulating the key into the cuff’s lock was a lot more difficult than I had imagined, but added a ‘certain something’ to my experience. It must have taken me some time to un-cuff my wrists because when they finally became free my enema was making itself felt in a much more intense manner.

Now the cunning plan of using a single long length of rope to bind myself to chair came into play. After removing the knee-highs from my hands I started to un-tie myself, but it all took time because I had to undo knots in a strict order, un-wrap one part of my body, then move to the next painstaking stage, and all of this was coupled with the increasing urgent reminders from my colon that the enema really wanted to be released (Could the waist rope have had something to do with that?).

Finally I was untied, but not quite free; I was still seated on the chair, so the full effect of the enema wouldn’t be felt until I stood up to move towards the waiting toilet. I knew that standing up would make my urges even more desperate, but I also knew from experience that after having my thighs spread and tied in the position I’d sat would mean my legs would be very stiff – plus I would be walking in high-heeled, metal tipped, boots across a tiled floor. Care would be needed to avoid a fall and speed was not an option (again this had been a small part of my plan – every little detail adds to the whole). After taking few deep breaths and massaging my thighs and legs I was ready to go. I’d spotted the hose clamp and needed to reach that first to prevent any spillage, so my initial teetering steps took me away from my ultimate destination but at least allowed me to re-close the enema hose (I also quickly checked that the bag was indeed empty). Now I undertook the undignified waddle across the bathroom floor, each step made treacherous by the ever present threat of slipping on my metal tipped heels on the tiles. I could have removed my boots, but the thought of taking that much time and the need to bend down to unlace them (I always lace them tightly and double-knot) wasn’t appealing at the time.

At last I reached my destination and after a moment or two to divest myself of the pantyhose, catsuit and (very carefully) the enema plug I was able to gratefully lower myself onto the toilet seat – it was only some minutes later that I realised I was still gagged!

What went well?

So much: I’d set out to give myself a enema whilst bound and had succeeded. My planned predicament worked very well and the sensations I felt during the session where all amazing.

What could be improved?

I want to experiment with enemas, with volumes being the easiest to change. I read in the forum of members taking much greater quantities of liquids that I usually do. I guess we all have our individual capacity or enjoyable limits, so I will be looking for opportunities in the near future to see what mine are. Enema recipes and temperatures are other area of interest, I generally use something at body temperature (to my touch) and purified water (boiled and left to cool), but have added a little salt or pure soap in the past – to be honest I couldn’t ‘feel’ any difference. Suggestions are welcome here, especially on an enema that can be safely retained (don’t forget, I will be bound!) and is easy to prepare without attracting attention from my GF!

Some timed release of the enema that also triggers the start of my release form self-bondage. I could use ice timers for this, but experience has shown there to be unacceptable variances in when the keys drop or enema is released. At my current level of enema experience (defiantly see myself to still be a ‘novice’) I’m concerned about too long a delay between the enema starting and being able to gain freedom – I don’t yet know what my limits are above 5-10 minutes, which is when I usually make my escape. But the idea of an enema ‘suddenly’ starting at some point after I’ve become bound and being unable to control when exactly that happens is very, very exciting. Another advantage of this would be that I could more easy add a blindfold to my session, no longer needing to see the clamp and hose to set up the enema release.

A longer ‘long-string’ is perhaps the easiest modification. Even the apparently long length I used in this session was, ultimately, easy to retrieve (twice over). So a longer length, maybe over 30m, would be a simple improvement. But that brings it’s own challenges, not least finding such a long length of suitable rope and also ensuring it doesn’t tangle or become snagged (I think zigzagging it up and down the hallway would work). I also might experiment with different materials, such as fisherman’s nylon line. This has a very fine diameter, which would be very challenging to manipulate through my double encased fingers, can be purchased in long lengths (100m plus!) and can be very strong (I recommend a minimum 10kg, and would avoid anything less). The one disadvantage is that it seems prone to twisting up on itself, which could lead to tangles.

Maybe I could somehow combine the long-string’ with the timed enema release - now that is a thought!

And finally – one fantasy thought I had during the session is to somehow involve another type of forced fluid intake, namely the forced swallowing of some fluid through my gagged mouth. I blame this on Ra, and his very erotic ‘Self-bondage Hotel Session 62. Lots of Latex and Water or Do not move!’ when he used a predicament to ‘force’ just such a consumption of fluids upon his helpless body. I suspect I don’t currently don’t have the equipment I need for this, and would also have to practise safely first (I don’t want to choke on what I’m having to drink!), the thought though remains a very erotic one and again I welcome suggestions and ideas on how I might achieve it.

Some weeks ago I released a program that looks for a color and if this color is found on screen then the program opens the cd tray of a computer or runs an .exe that works as release method.

It was done very fast just to give an answer to a guy asking for a release method filling a receipt with liquid.
Now that I've got some free time I've updated it, and here's a proper version:

This is the Selfbondage Color Finder 2.0

The idea is that the program will be looking for a certain color on an area, and when this color "apears" inside this area the Selfbondage Color Finder 2.0 will open the CD Tray or will run a program that work as release method

So you can put a floating object inside of a bucket and the program will wait for the color of this object to apear on screen to get you free. You can pee inside the bucket or take water from another container and pass it to the bucket with the object.

Like my latest programs, Selfbondage Color Finder 2.0 checks the battery level of the laptop every second, and when battery goes under 15% it opens the cd tray or runs the desired release method. It also blocks forced reboots or shutdowns and prevents the system from enter in sleep mode


This time the program looks for the color on real time, so is smoother than the previous version (it looked for the color every 5 seconds).


It doens't need to be installed to work and has been tested on Windows 7 and Vista (not on Windows XP this time, it must works, but the XP computer died,so any feedback will be welcomed)

The main window of the programl looks like that:

When you open it you'll be prompted to select what webcam do you want to use.
This time I've released two versions of the program for those with compatibility problems with my software.

The normal version works as usual and the alternative version runs with the Silverlight webcam feature.

It doesn't means that you have to be connected to internet to use it!!! But the laptop that you use to run the program must have the silverlight plugin installed! In order to works, the Silverlight version must be executed always with a folder called "webcam" in the same directory (so it doesn't need to be installed but you need "webcam" folder next to the program.


When you run the Silverlight version you'll find a "Start webcam" button on screen.

Clicking on it Silverlight will ask you for permission to show webcam stream:

Now you must have the webcam image and over it a rectangle. This rectangle is the searching area. The program will only look for the desired color inside this area. You can resize or move this area with the arrows buttons:

You can do it faster pressing control + the directional arrows in the keyboard or alt + the same arrows.

So put the object with the color that you want to look for and click on

The best way of using that window is just drag the tool marked with a red circle on the image above and drop it over the object, so you'll get the exact match of the desired color. While you're draging the tool you'll see a zoom of the image to get the best result.

When you've selected the desired color press the test button to see if the program recognizes it.

If the program finds the desired color inside the searching area it will run the release method (will explain later) and will point with the mouse where did it find the color.

If it doesn't find the color it will prompt you with:

Noice that the message box says that you can try to change the "tolerance". This is a value that can be changed here:

This value is how many gradients of the exact match of the desired color the program will look also for. So a very high tolerance can return false positives and a low value can make that if the light of the room changes a lot the program will not get the exact macth of the color. As usual make as many test as you can/want.

Now that we have setup the color part let's take a look at the right side of the gui:

The first thing that we see is the time part. Is like my other programs:

You must type how long must the session last here:

and if you want to play with random time you must check this checkbox and type here the minimum desired time

so the computer will calculate a number beetwen the max and the min. If you input a min higher than the max the countdown will end as soon as you start the session.

There's no need to explain the beep, no?

Next group of options that we find after the time inputs is the teasing method group:

Here you can select if you want to be teased during the session (external devices are required).
To activate sound teasing you must check the first checkbox.

Now you can set up the sound teasing method. To do it we need a microphone. Moving the slider we have to set a maximum level of noize threshold, and if we make a noize louder than this level during the session we will be teased:

Until you press the start session button everytime that you make a noize louder that the max allowed level the computer will beep. Use that beep to adjust the noize threshold because when session starts the beep will become an external program running (a "pain.exe" that plays a sound during a minute maybe?)

I've coded the Selfbondage Color Finder to only let 1 teasing at the same time (that's due to prevent problems if the teasing method is an Arduino board moving motors or programs that can work wrong if they run twice at the same time)

Finally you have two more options inside this group.

You can setup the program to tease you randomly. So the Selfbondage Color Finder will run the teasing program you have choosed on the input above. If you check this option you'll have to choose the % of probabilities of being randomly teased every second. The maximum % is 25% and the minimum allowed is 1%. Everytime that the program teases you due to this option you'll see on the screen a little indow like this one:

The last option on this group is jut a button to test that the teasing program works as desired. And the mail button (depending on the resolution there wasn't any free space to put it)

The next group of options is the group where we setup what we do want to happen when the countdown reaches zero.

I was thinking about What if the selfbondager just waits wor the timer ends and then get the key? Not fun at all.

Here you can setup a release method that teases you during a certain time and then opens the cd tray or whatever that set's you free
The idea is that if youre running the Selfbondage Color Finder and not just the Selfbondage CD Tray Opener Simple Version 1.4 is because you want to perform an action that sets you free (pee, pass water from a receipt to another, etc...) so, well, if you can't perform this action you're going to be free sooner or later but it will have a cost to you.


I have coded two little programs that can work as teasing first and as reease methods later.

This one plays a sound during a minute and after it it opens the CD Tray of your laptop

Next days I'l release more programs like these (sound at 50Hz, servomotors, etc...)

If you want simply to get free when the timer reaches zero then select to open the CD Tray as usual or a "exit.exe" program.
When I say the CD Tray release method I mean that:

Finally, but the most important of all, we have the color and battery level release method setup:

Here we can setup what do we want to happen when the desired color is found or when the battery level goes under 15%.
Is the same as above, but here I recommend to you to use just a standar "exit.exe" (rethinking it... you can put yourself a color ribbon on your pennis, and if you do no get an erection the color ribbon will "apear" inside the searching area and then you'll be free but teased before... mmmm)

As usual let me recommend to you to try your release method as many times as you can and always have a backup release method (man, the test button are there for something, and they are not created by it self, it take me some time)

If you have setup all the options correctly when you press the Start Session button the game will begin:
