I think the site was plainly broken. At least it was giving database error for a couple of days. Now it does not allow to login, but their Twitter says that the voting ends on Dec 10.
No – Stage 2 is complete:
‘The second stage will begin on October 21st, 2012 and continue until midnight on November 30th, 2012. The final stage of voting will begin immediately and continue until December 8th, 2012. The winners will be announced on December 10th, 2012.’
Stage Three: This is the judging and final stage. A collection of previous award winners and industry professionals will cast their vote.
