It was a video but via link nothing mailed. That’s why I didn’t see what the hold up was.
I’m giving it to next Friday then going to do the chargeback (only waiting in case it’s due to circumstances beyond her control)

Good question. Not very happy at all. I’m taking this as a learning experience I guess. Sad part is I had an opportunity to get a custom file done from someone else that I’m not going to be able to do now cause I spent this 😡
