It was a video but via link nothing mailed. That’s why I didn’t see what the hold up was.

Good question. Not very happy at all. I’m taking this as a learning experience I guess. Sad part is I had an opportunity to get a custom file done from someone else that I’m not going to be able to do now cause I spent this 😡
