A lesson I learned is:
Never go food shopping when you are hungry. Wait till after dinner (if possible). You will have far fewer calories in your cart.
Unfortunately, I do not follow this advise all the time.

I think the covid lockdown actually caused me some weightloss - and I was a bit lightweight to start with.
Dunno, I guess I'm the eat-to-live type of person rather than the live-to-eat type.
My wife's the opposite, but she complains about a majority of my swimsuits now fitting me not as snug anymore. lol.

That has to be the answer.
Do you want to work on getting into a better shape now or are you content to stay as you are?
Oh I want to drop a few dress sizes. Been trying to do just that.
Eating a little less, bumping the beer and lifting video monitors.
And I wear a corset almost every night.

I'm about to have one of my large breakfasts but I'm also going to go dig up my driveway with shovel after that. We have a plumbing issue so I figure I will burn all the calories of my breakfast by the time I'm done.

Another good method is enema. Apparently, the body absorbs more water, than you can normally drink, and then removes move, than it absorbed.

I have open bust shapewear that I like to wear with some of my outfits. Some can really hold you in. Not like a corset, but it does help pull your belly in.
So, I remembered that many years ago, I wore a corset overbite, and was very surprised th find that after removing it in the morning, my shape stayed that way pretty much all morning, only to popped out after lunch.
So, as of yesterday, I’m starting to sleep while wearing my shapewear.
Maybe it will work, maybe it won’t. Only way to find out is to try it and see.
Now that it’s getting colder, I can start start wearing my shapewear all day.

I think it should be hypertonic, not isotonic
