Seconded. I really liked mine when it was still in good condition although I admit in never quite fit that well. The thin fake leather started to crack and peel after about 2 years despite being well cared for.
I would buy one if you weren’t sure if you liked the feeling instead of dropping a large sum on something you aren’t sure you would like though. As for myself I plan to have it replaced with a better fitted and higher quality version some day
Same here - mine has just started to peel (PU leather - Peeling Useless! 😁 ) and I'm thinking about investing in a genuine leather hood as a replacement.
But, the PU hood has been great fun and I'm glad I tested the water with it first, rather than commit to buying an expensive version only to discover it wasn't something I enjoyed wearing.

Anyone every ordered from this store at Aliexpress?
Any self-respecting Bambi would love to have one of these.
Yes. The quality is high the sizing is precise so there is very little 'forgiveness' of you're thinking that a 36 in waist can accommodate a 38 in waist on a person

Thank you for the input. Unfortunately, I’ll need too much “forgiveness” until I get my curves more feminine and smaller.

Dunno, mine are still OK.

I would buy another PU one. Why paying 20-30 times more for something, that will be used 3-4 times in 3-4-5 years?
As @Like Ra writes - I'm also coming to the conclusion that for the times I'll be able to use a hood, the cheaper PU option might be the most logical. I've no complaints about either of the PU hoods I own, aside from the 'peeling' issue with one of them. They're so, comparatively, cheap that a replacement is not going to challenge my available funds.
Huh, that actually looks like it might work fairly aight, definitely needs some kind of fingertip cover to stop the nails from digging into skin whether accidental or deliberate but it gives me interesting ideas.
