  2. phdforum does not exist on the JCDecaux server. I played with search a bit, but could not find the ad either. There is no such campaign (PHD), there was nothing related in March-April 2004, I have no idea what category the ad belongs to, but I figured out the format, though. It’s called “6-sheet roadside”.
