betty and takami had been inseparable for as long as anyone could remember. they studied together, hung out together, played softball together, and seemed to always be having sleepovers together. they were so busy spending time with each other that they never seemed to have any left for the local boys.
everybody knew what was really going on. of course their parents, friends and teachers were totally supportive - so much so, in fact, that betty and takami felt no need to set the record straight. they actually were spending those late night study sessions hitting the books, they really did just like softball, and they really were just friends.
betty and takami definitely liked boys, and only boys. the simple truth was that all the local boys were preening idiots, the kind of guys who spent their time mudding their trucks and seeing how hard they could kick each other in the nuts. the girls had their sights aimed much higher. they focused on their studies, planning to go to a top-flight school where they would find themselves intelligent, debonair, cultured men who were going somewhere in life.
the popular misconception about them had been an accident at first, but the girls decided to play along with it. it saved them the trouble of having to deal with guys hitting on them (somewhat), and better yet, it was hilarious. so when their parents offered to send them to a special "safe, supportive, judgement-free" summer camp as a graduation gift, the girls went ahead and accepted. it would be an amusing distraction before they headed off to university.
neither they nor their parents had any idea that the camp was a false front by an extremist group - a secret conversion therapy camp, designed to trap deviants whose wicked parents enabled their ungodly perversions.
the camp's administrators practiced a unique, counterintuitive form of behavioral conversion therapy. patients were forced to over-indulge in the undesireable behavior while being subjected to various painful stimuli. the objective was to teach campers to associate their heretical, degenerate behavior with pain and anxiety. now betty and takami really were inseparable, and it was too late to tell anyone the truth

As you might know, I have invented a new kind of stocks. And here is another sketch of it. I named it "crocodile" because it has teeth (look at the front) and once it closed it's jaws on you it doesn't let go.
But I have a problem on this particular scetch. I don't have an idea for the background or too many ideas. Can somebody help me out here?
Oh - and who is that in the crocodile by the way?

Interesting. It gives me an XML file with links to images with different sizes. And it does not require authentication indeed. Great, but the RSS plugin must be rewritten. More work 😉
