As my body is getting more and more round-shaped, I thought I'd force myself into a little workout. So I took out my latex catsuit, my ab-board, my e-stim, wristcuffs and latex hood.
Normally I tape the electrodes to my skin, but because I was wearing my latex catsuit (wich is rather tight around my body), I thought there was no need for it. Later more on this.
I postioned myself backwards on my ab-board (legs on the board, body on the ground) so that when the e-stim is really, really painfull, I'd rise my body when the muscles contract because of the electricity running through them. Good workout 😇
As I want some fun, I put the timer on my safe on 1 hour. The program on the e-stim box cranks up the intensity every 10 seconds in 4 steps. The last step being... hellish. So painfull I cry out rather loud. So can't do this with anyone around the house. I wish I would have a safe way to make myself quiet. After the 4th step, it just starts over.
The start was good: the pain, the workout, the latex, the misery, the impossibility to escape... subspace heaven. After a while, I noticed a distinct stinging on one of the electrodes. The stinging gradually got worse as time progressed. After I think about 30 minutes, the stinging hurt. And not in a good way. What happened? The electrode was coming of skin, there was no good contact anymore. That leads to a nasty electrical burn... only first degree, but close to a second degree burn. Not too big, just annoying, painfull and hard to explain to the missus. Pro tip, tape your electrodes, always!
The electrode is kaputt, the gell solidified where my skin was burnt.

Hello everyone. Here's another one of my idea. While I'm busy in Ultimate Torture Machine (see nearby thread), I do not intend this to be implemented. But I think my new idea is not bad. Please unsubscribe your opinion. The idea is to make you a lot of walking in puppygirl pose, feeling the pain and discomfort.
Look at the picture 1. You need a wooden Board and a sharp screws(nails). Mix them in evenly, as shown in the figure. Fix it just above your feet

A - handcuffs locked to the collar
B - dog collar (also locked)
C - belt connected to the collar
D - feet locked to the belt (you can't drop down).
E - wooden board and a sharp screws(pic 1). Every step they cut your ass
F - softening cushions glued to the elbows and knees
G - anal tail
H - a piece of construction armature. d=8mm l~2m tipped of the armature is bent into a ring
The order of bondage: F=>C=>B=>E=>G=>H=>D=>A

I - anchor bolt with ring
H - tsang hammered into the floor
K - key in the center of the room
So you have to walk yourself around the room until the anchor will not get out. Then you will be able to approach the center of the room and take the key.
USE EXTRA KEY. In this case, it is very good to use the paint bucket as a repository for additional key.
If you have some familiarity with mathematics, it is easy to calculate in advance the length of your "walk": length armature*6,26*number of revolutions of the anchor in the collet. If you armature lenght is 2 m, so 2*6.24*50=624 meters. So long! 😁
And of course don't forget to use anal hook instead of a plug, bitch suit, clamps on nipples, the clamps on the genitals, gag, harness, and other attributes of selfbondage and pet/pony/puppy play. 😁💓

HI everyone from Russia! 😊Sorry my bad eng. Finally I built my ultimate torture machine. I draw it for you. Please look at the pictures, read the description and leave comments.
A - is a Playground 2x2, I made it from a sheet of wood.
B - is the main switch. Thrown away after start session.
C - is the wire for devices of the machine. Here a complex scheme of 2 chains - AC220 and DC Battery. But I marked them in the same way for simplicity. If someone want to see a detailed diagram I will draw it.
The torture device
D1 - perforator-spankmachine. Fixed vertically.
D2 - Spank device. I used a stack of flexible and rigid PVC
E1 - perforator-fuckmachine
E2 - Anal hook
E3 - Light piece of wood that connects anal hook and disc pin
E4 - disc pin (I used the disk from a bike). It rotates together with the E1, creates torque and fucks my ass by anal hook. <--> 8 centimeters
F - is a pair of 9-volt motors with feathers that scotcat my feet
G - E-stim for my genitals
H - Unpleasant surface for punishment knees (I used sandpaper). You can use rice.
I1 - Incandescents (100 watt or higher)
I2 - Cheap paraffin candles near the lamps. They are uniformly distributed, so that the wax covers all my body
J - Jigsaw that is bound to your clips on your nipples. When the machine starts, it pulls and weakens your nipples. <--> 6 centimeters
K1 - Dropper with unpleasant liquid (I used my urine)
K2 - Solenoid valve, opening the dropper
K3 - is a very thin tube
Bondage elements
1 - Metal ramp for bondage (hand-made). Your body should be motionless.
There is not all the elements of bondage( For simplicity of illustration). Really I use:
-Collar
-Belt
- Mounting hips to a ramp(above the buttocks)
- Mounting legs to the corners of the ramp
- Attaching hair to the motionless of your head and prevent refusal to drink urine
- Bracelets on the hands
-Nipple clamps
2 - Shackles attached to A for knees, feet and elbows.
3 - Spider gag (attached the K3) , so you always feel taste of pee
4 - Bracelets on the hands, which are attached to rings in the floor by chains. x2. Each arm can open self lock key, but can't reach the other hands, nipples and mouth.
5 - Extra key in a big ice cube near your hand.
6 - Main key falling in my hand. I used CD-tray opener.

As you may have read in Artificial Intelligence chatterbot I'm working on the automatic self-bondage session generator. The algorithm will contain several steps with randomly chosen items. Some items should depend on others. E.g. sticky tape mummification (where you have to twist around) can not be combined with enema.
So, please drop your simple standard self-bondage scenarios here in the form of short steps, for example:

Today i want to show you my self built Self-bondage System. It is made out of 4 padded leather straps, 8 Segufix magnetic Locks and a 1m long wood bar! It is very flexible, because you can tie your ankles and your wrists in different variations and distances. And you can use in different positions. Laying on your back and pulling the bar up with ropes or in doggy position with an dildo that holds your butt in position. It was a lot work to built it, but the parts were not expensive.
For the Restraints, i used a thick leather strap, which i bought on ebay for 17€, a 12mm strong piece of foam-padding and a big piece of soft leather, that i took from an old black leather sofa on the bulky trash.
For the locking, i used 8 the Segufix locks which i plugged through the Leather straps. I bought them on ebay for 20€
To sew the leather I used a sewing-awl and some drills for the holes. To drill the holes you should built yourself a template out of wood.
It takes a long time, but I always had to think about the result, which made me really horny the whole time! 😋
I drilled some holes in the wood bar in the same distance like the Segufix locks on the straps, so you can insert the straps through the holes and close them with the Segufix locks on the backside. In the middle of the wood bar, I screwed on a flange for 25mm tube. This is really cool because you can fasten a 90 degree tube bow with a attached dildo for some anal play. This is a really strange feeling! The bondage feels really restrictive with the attached dildo.
To open the locks you can use a piece of wood with two strong magnets at the end. If you can grab it you only have to hold it under the Segufix magnetic locks, then they fall of and you are free.
I thought about a electro magnet, controlled with a timer to unlock the Segufix locks, but I could not find an electro-magnet that was strong enough and not to expensive.

Today i show you my Electromagentic Release!
First i thought about, just placing a electromagent under the Segufix would work to open the Lock! But Electromagents are stong, but they do not a huge range! So i built this device!
I hope you can understand how it works! I painted it in cut view!
This is how i use it:
I activate the timer for the electromagent, then i use my finger to push the PVC piece to the electromagent. If the electromagent is powered it stays in that position! Now i can put my cuff through the woodbar and the Segufix Lock holds it!
If the Timer has finished, the spring pushes the PVC piece with a strong neodym magent under the Segufix lock and the lock opens!
I'd like to do self bondage, but to be honest, I'm totally clueless (even after reading the tutorials in the blog), because I never done it before.
But that's not the only problem I have, I also am on a budget what I can spend on beginning my adventures, and 200 Euros isn't excatly big (looking at the stuff at ebay).
I like cuffs more than rope and I'm into PVC and Lycra when it comes to clothes.
What would I need to look for when looking for cuffs and a gag? Anything to avoid or to search for?
Also, some "would be nice" is a hood (Lycra?), best without holes. Same question, what to look for?
Plus: I'd like a bondage skirt (you know, something that fully covers my legs and keeps them all tight), perhaps something like this can be DIY'ed.
The first thing that came to my mind was getting some pond foil (PVC) from the DIY store and use it to build it. I read on this board that it can be fused with an iron, it'd be an idea - anyone has an idea if this works?
And last but not least, I'm also looking for simple scenarios. Most ones published here were very impressive, but I couldn't really do anything this size. Where can I find some for a real beginner?
