Whats not male about it? Just tie the vaginal vibrator to your penis. It also seems not for prisoners but just perverted users with money. I assume the deposit is that if you use it for 24 hours you are probably quite satisfied and thus no refunds.
Prisoners who are slaves are not allowed to use the safeguard or controls.
