I just wondered if anyone has ever tired connecting the tube from a penis sheeth to an enema tube/but plug ? the result would be that you would pee but no fluids would be lost from the body, essentially filling yourself up.

It doesn't sound very healthy, at least not without a one-way valve. The question of whether it's safe to use urine as an enema was discussed on another forum and as I recall no firm decision was ever reached.
