Since the commercial enema pants do not work as expected I tried to connect the penis sheath and the double balloon enema nozzle with some electical tape using a piece of a plastic pen as a connector tube. On top of this construction I put a latex surfsuit.

The idea did not work either:

• If you are sitting or standing, there is no enough pressure to force the liquid into the right direction, but just enough to pull the sheath off.
• Unless you are silently laying on your back, the liquid is travelling back and forth.
• It's very difficult to pee if you have a fully inflated nozzle (or a butt plug) inside and a tight sheath cutting the canals shut outside.

Possible improvements:

• The air MUST be removed from the system
• The sheath should be held tighter to prevent sliding off. But not too tight to prevent releaving yourself. Glue? Shorts with built-in C&B sheath?
• A low-pressure valve in between to allow one way flow only.
