Yes, it can be done. But you don't see, was the preparation. A good deep enema would have to come first, then after that, the entire colon would have to be lubed. Like a lube enema. The dildo or plug also is very flexible and by the way it wiggles, I'll bet it is also compressable as well.
So, can it be done? Yes. And almost anyone can do it.

I stumbled upon his eBay shop first, then found the website. He does have some very interesting nozzles/plus I wouldn't mind to try in 😉 They do deliver. And yes, I do not like them stealing photos. Then can perfectly make their own. Possibly not that effective, though...
