Custom PVC catsuit?

Lots of folks doing custom latex, but allergies make it a difficult topic with the SO (am aware of chlorination, but respectful of boundaries...).

Winter Fetish / Tasty Tiger / etc. have a really nicely made catsuit that works well for cross-dressing ... as long as you're exactly the right size and shape (or can pad to it), and I'm soooo close. But not, and she doesn't do customs.

So I'd really like to find someone working with a decent coated fabric and a *good* base pattern (i.e. not SuziFox) that's willing to tailor.

Any thoughts / experience welcome...

I have a couple of catsuits from Fetsfash they are very good and quite inexpensive. (in fact I always seem to be posting how good this fetish firm is!!!! I promise no affiliation, but they have taken a lot of money from me in my orders!)

I have one in 'Shiny Black'

Both fit very well - I find the Shiny black one is my favourite, being smooth and stretchy. The Hologram black is a bit, er, itchy? and is not smooth to the touch.

The Strechlack materials may be the one you're looking for, but it is not as stretchy and a bugger to pull yourself out of if you've been exerting and sweating (!). I find that a translucent long sleeve leotard worn underneath aids the removal of the Stretchlack type clothing.

Honour PVC items are pretty good, but I was not able to get a tailored fit - I have a very long torso, so even their plus size (or Queensize) items were too short for me, although I did manage to get them on, they weren't comfortable for long.

I have had a couple of items from Spandexwear in the States. I like their 'Neck-entry' style, where you pull the item on up to your chest, then insert your arems in the sleeves and pull the shoulder section over your head and smooth down at the back - workd great with hoods. But I have not tried their catsuits as yet or their PVC and although they do not have breast forms in their standard catsuit, they do seem quite amenable with custom orders so you never know.

In the UK we have Vawn & Boon Crossdresser supplies - their catsuits are fitted around the breasts in a multi-panel design.

I have not shopped here, but they are not too expensive and you'd have to get in touch with them for customization.

I've looked at the fet-fash website. I'd like to order a catsuit there. But I'm a bit lost in the fabrics... I'd like to give a try to something new. I have mainly chlorinated latex and DIM pantyhose (45den) which I like both. I tried some Uniqlo legging and top but I'm not convinced. The goal is to have something with a bit of both world (latex and dim) when temperature is hot. I hesitate between lots of them and cannot decide :
-CFR51-Elasthan (not sure)
-CFR-Lack (Stretchlack)
-CFR14 or CFR14N (shiny black, seems best)
-B31-4-Special (transparent, well, I might buy two item 😊 )

Could someone describe pro and cons of (some) of these? So I could narrow a choice and ask for the 3 free sample they offer 😉

I have something in the Elasthan - I went with the "strong" option but last time I looked they seem to have stopped this...
But essentially this is just Lycra

The Stretch lack is the closest to PVC as far as im concerned, but this will also be the hottest

Ok, so after having tried the samples, I just receive my B31-4-Special (transparent black) catsuit + hood + gloves + swimsuit (for daily use) and I must say I'm in love  💓 .  It's a dream come true for me.

Little story : I'm not a fan of spandex/lycra, nor of cotton based catsuit that we usually found.  I've search for quite some time a catsuit more pantyhose like (touch feeling) and always have been reluctant on trying all these Ali things.  This material is thicker than my loving pantyhose but on contrary to every other things I tried, all being so deceptive, this does it so good...

One drawback : for my size, I'm quite short legged (and longer torso) so the back zipper is a bit too short (and I'm used to neck entry style...).  Also for the swimsuit, it's a bit tight on my shoulders.  But despite that, I love it so far.  And it gives a perfect look while tied up with white ropes   .

Next time, I'll take the made to measure option for a perfect fit but since the materiel is stretchy, this works for me too.
