I’ve been doing sounding for about a year now. Start small (6mm) and work up from there. Once you get the hang of it, you can really get off with the right touch. Go slow, use lots of surgical lube, and have fun!
Here’s what I’m currently using. I’ve gotten all but the last 5-6 ribs in:

I've seen this, but still don't understand how the penis part is assembled. Red and black part join together ? How they keep together in the front ?

If you are talking about the penis tube, it is aeady together (glue or fusion).
