What to eat before longtime bondage

I would like to know, what do i eat before and during à long time bondage ? So i could wear à plug à long time

I dont know why, but the rush of excitement / anticipation when I cross dress causes me to do No 2 ! Best thing I found is to `clear` ones-self before inserting a plug - and from then on, water only. After all, control of your toilet fuctions are deliciously uncomfortable

First of all it would be nice to define "long". If it's 3+ days plugged and in bondage, then I doubt that someone here has got such experience. The food should not be heavy that's for sure.

A good deep enema will help you for at least 2 days. It's quite easy to try, right?
