Underaged and into self bondage. What Advice is available?

You have seen self bondage and children but from personal experience this site is the first site available to one interested in fetish stuff and has no nudity so is often let through safe search. It is likely people in the future will also see this site first just like I did.
  I just wanted to see what resources are available to myself and others as well as the difficult constraints, teens (I am lucky to have more disposable income then most) and possibly children are financially limited and without supporting parents it is difficult to get anything off of any site other then amazon which offers gurantees on delivery time and lockers to pick things up at.

I'm not sure I understand the question or proposal. Yes, kids have fetishes, kids play with various things, also with self-bondage, and yes, nowadays they have access to the Internet... I wonder what would happen if I could have access to the Internet of now when I was 5-6-7 when all the kinks and fetishes began (including bondage).

I think adults may not directly interfere into the sphere of children sexuality unless asked or unless there are known problems. At the same time kids must be properly educated, guided and kept busy with useful stuff ("useful" as the adults understand it 😁 ).

Here's an example. My son (when he was 4 or 5) asked me if he could chop woods with an axe. I immediately answered "Sure, let me show how" (much to the horror of my grandmother). It was a success, and my son still remembers this moment. (With my kids there is pretty much no "no" 😊 ). Of course, you can't apply it directly to sexual stuff, but building trust and "safety first" are two extremely important points here.

If you're looking for resources for information about bondage and self-bondage in general that doesn't contain adult imagery and/or isn't restricted to your country's age of adulthood, I can understand the struggle. (No pun intended....Initially) 

You've aeady found one. I do like how LikeRa tries to keep most blog posts rather clean while remaining informative. This whole forum is actually fairly clean for the most part, so long as you stay away from the dedicated art and photos threads (run a much higher risk of adult imagery).

Another site I found that talks about rope bondage that keeps it clean is http://www.ropeconnections.com. There are images of a woman in her skivvies, but that's still legal for the most part. These resources could be used to come up with self-bondage scenarios, as well as offer advice on how to work with rope overall. While this is not my personal rope tutorial site of choice (my preferred one has a NSFW/adult content warning at the gate), I have used tutorials similar to these to practice on myself and learn, and then eventually help to teach a willing partner how to do the ties that I can't do to myself.

While it doesn't really offer much in terms of advice, the bondage webbing store has all kinds of neat products that are modeled on a woman wearing a zentai suit, which is still legally clean. I can't deny a certain thrill I get at just window shopping here. You'd also mentioned having a fair amount of disposable income, so this site would offer some things you could actually purchase and use in self-bondage. I myself can vouch for the quality and tell you that all of it is well worth the money. I'm sure others here that have bought some of Alex's creations could chime in as well.

What you're looking for is a difficult thing to find, but it's out there. You just gotta know how to work Google the right way, even with safe search on.

I will also say that I commend your dedication to keeping to clean materials while underage. I'm fairly certain I had enough freedom on a computer at the age of 17 that I could go find and download whatever I wanted without getting in trouble. You're a stronger person than I am in this regard.

The good news is you can't stay underage forever. Eventually everything will open up to you, and entering the adult world with experience in your own personal kinks and fetishes will give you an edge in staying out of some scary situations and/or finding a good partner to play with.

I don't want to give any advice on how to achieve your goals, as I don't think its suitable to recommend any items or techniques to a person under the legal age (obviously depends on the country you are in)

But the 2 things I would say are:
1) Safety.  We know someone who lost a 17 year old son to autoerotic breath play many years ago.
2) At your age you will be living with family at home

• so you need stuff that will be inconsipicuous/hideable
  
• quickly escapable if they return home unexpected. (Some would say thats not the point)
  
• doesn't leave obvious marks on your skin that everyone can see & you might need to explain

I try to stick to the aesthetics. Pron is boring and "too simple". Kinks and fetishes can be aesthetic, stylish and safe. This is the point.

So, yes: safety, privacy and common sense. The post about privacy is in the pipeline...
