Usually I play football (soccer, for the Americans here) once or twice a week, but only in private groups for fun. Additionally some biking, but less, than I would like. Running I still want to try.

Years ago, when vcr was king, I somehow found this videotape that had women exercises in it. Not sure if it’s title, but it did do wonders for me. No, it did change me from male to female, but for about ten minutes each day, I can get into a size 10 skirt and jeans. It also helped my waist, hips and flatten my stomach quite a bit. These exercises, along with this boob formula, made my breasts to grow about a cup size. No, I don’t have DD, but I did go from none to an A Cup.
That was cool.
I now have a B size cup. But I lost the tape.

That's too bad you lost it, but internet probably has tons of women exercise videos. What boob formula are talking about?

The one I used has about eight herbs like Fenugreek, wild yam, sawpamento and others. Worked well for me.
I thought it got burned in the fire two years ago ( see FIRE it’s all gone ).
But I think it’s in the storage that was untouch.
If your interested, I’ll see if I can dig them out. I’m sure the site is long gone, as this was way back in 2001.
