Some things can be done easier and more effective (read: less escapable), but the elbow binding backpack can be useful. AFAIR this method was described here (need to find the thread).

Wow this was tough to watch. Some things I can do, but confinement is unbearable. Being tied in that position for so long would freak me out, especially when I started to reach that point where my muscles are like "um, let's move it along please".
