They have some coating that adheres to itself but (apparently) to nothing else. And they can be re-used fairly often. Mine are about 2 m long and stretch to up to 4.5 m, 10 cm wide. They are supposed to be used on horse legs and are pretty cheap. The advantages of these bandages over tape is, that they aren't air-tight, re-usable and don't stick to skin, clothes or hair.

From experience, it does stick to itself quite nicely. It also has a lot of stretch, so not so good for tying things together (unless you twist it), but it is very nice for covering and for compression. On the downside, untwisting or uncrumpling it is a nightmare and a half - it can take 15 minutes to uncrumple and re-roll a 2m long piece.

It is very suitable for "tying things together", just not like rope. Instead of bandaging one limb, you bandage both together. The stretch should be low, where you need good adhesion, at the ends for example. As for re-rolling: If you applied it with care, it isn't that hard. Of course, I tried a cross-wrist tie, when I got these bandages, and it took me forever to get them flat again... Perhaps, this could be worth another tread. I haven't played much with the bandages yet, but if someone else does the start, I might join in with my own (to be made) experiments.

A collection of mummification images I find very appealing
- duct tape over pantyhose encasement = heaven - classic but oh so tight! - more pantyhose encasement, but this time covered in a plastic wrap. I especially like the one with our damsel bound to the post without touching the floor - encased then cloth wrapped, what could be better? OK this is better with complete mummification. Can it be improved? Oh yes, lets add some rope and another willing victim! - plastic wrapped beauties, just their heads to be covered for perfection - now this is different, but the gag lets it down - a bundle of delight? - image her sealing your fate? - share your fantasy with a loved one - black or white, you choose - hold that pose... well, you have no choice really (unusual positions) - and finally a classic to wrap things up Enjoy MJ

More wrapped up fun and frolics:
- clearly you aren't restricted just to using duct tape for some mummification fun - lovely artwork, I especially like the finishing touch with the heat gun - that's going to be very tight! - I'd love to spend a few hours like this... - another personal fantasy, being mummified upright to a post... oh my! Enjoy MJ
