Thought I had to share this experience although I can't take complete credit for the idea as it's something I came up with after reading various stories on both Gromet' and Gadded Utopia's sites. Anyway down to business. Being someone who is majorly inflexible, I've always had problems with traditional hogties (ie getting cramps so bad I end up in major agony!!) so i've been playing alround with some variations. Basically I made myself an ass hook from an old umbrella handle and have combined this nicely with a harness ballgag.

Basically put your keys for your cuffs at the furthest away end of your house, secure a belt around your waist with the buckle locked at the back and the cuffs attached to the front at your stomach. Tie your legs in what ever way takes your fancy as log as you leave a good length of rope free. Put on the harness gag (or anytype with an attachment point at back. Lie face down, insert your ass hook and then thread the rope through the back of the gag and tie it off to the ass hook as tight as you feel suits you.
