1. Yeah, very unusual and, I would say, rather dangerous... Unless she does not do any sharp movements (we do not know where the photos are from, do we?) and it's not a competition but a general training adapted for "normal public". I hope it's not (acrobatic) gymnastic, but a rhythmic one 😉
