Are most of you using mobile devices to browse?  I might be old school, my phone hardly ever gets used for anything.  I use an actual desktop PC.

It depends.  During working hours I'm on desktop with restricted access to some sites (including this one 😉).  Any other time, I'm on mobile. If I have time at  work, I check new posts here  by mobile. 
So for me,  this site is 99% on mobile, android.
Also, if I'm not at work, 90% I'm on mobile, reading news, emails, etc. I'm 54 y.o.

At this time, I’m 100% mobile.
Where I’m living at has no internet or is so weak that even my mobile has a hard time picking up any signal.

I have one. It is a little difficult to insert it in, but if you give it a pump or two, you can work it in. Then you can pump it up to your liking.
But the hose does give way, and is rather annoying at times.
Also, the one I had, had this nasty habit of getting sucked in, and if you try to pull it out by the hose, well let’s say the results were quite interesting.

But it is a fun toy.

Too bad it’s not an enema nozzle.

Not if your doing self bondage on the floor, rolling around.
Spread eagle or tied upright, maybe.
But if I’m doing a hog tie, it won’t work.

This is where females got us beat.
They can pop almost anything in and enjoy the hell out of themselves.
For us guys, not so much.
