I own the single ball version, and I'm quite happy with it, but it's becoming a bit used (some tears around the air-nose) and I'm curious between re-ordering the same, or the double version...  Any "insight" on the sensation differences?

No, but I am in a similar place. Have the single ball version & it's getting a bit worn

I have seen a fishtail double one where each section can be inflated independently...

Arrived. It's useless as a gag. And it's irremovable as a plug. From the bondage perspective, it may stick "up there" for much longer, than you would like it, because it can be inflated or deflated only at the specific not obvious needle positions. Inserting is quite difficult, because the plug is VERY soft. The centrepiece is useful only for your imagination 😬
When the plug is "fully" inflated, ejaculation is very difficult (and with a very small amount), because the flow is severely blocked.

So, it's interesting. And needs more experiments. And at such a price, it's highly recommended. Yet, it does not replace good firm non-inflatable plugs, though.

The vibration is very strong, the modes are funny. The "heat" function works, but I don't understand the purpose of it, as you do not feel it "up there" anyway. And I do not feel the "electroshock" function. Either it's too weak, or a special conducting gel should be used, or the electrodes are placed wrongly, or ... More experiments needed. Very interesting toy.

This might actually do something if the "tongue" of it is properly motorized and actually moves like in the picture.
I don't hold much hope for that, though, my bet is that it's just connected to a wheezy vibrating motor in the base in a non-rigid way like 99% prostate massagers out there and overly creative GIF artist.
