I'm not sure I buy the reviews. On AliExpress it's customary to give 5 star ratings as a sign of "oh wow, it actually arrived" and I've seen people praise the powerful vibrations on the wheeziest bullet vibes.

This would be super neat if someone figured out a way to manufacture it properly without the locking mechanism sticking out the base, and to make the coating work well. Latex doesn't work great for anal toys, I wonder if it's possible to make the coating from thick soft silicone so that it would mask the shape of the metal skelet completely.

This can cause no end of problems:
A decent chastity cage can be on for days.
With a plug in your anus this is not the case.
In my case, if my anus is plugged, after a few hours I have to go to the toilet urgently.
Imagine that someone else has the key and is not present.

No need to make it unremovable.
Get a metal plug with a hole in the base, such as those made to be installed on chastity belts with back wire. Pass a steel cable through the hole and lock the cable to a waist belt or a chastity cage. Lock the belt / cage.
Now go out to work, shopping or a walk. You have to put the plug in, or else it will hang inside your pants and be very visible. You can go to a public bathroom, take out the plug to use the toilet, but then you have to put it back in before you get out.
