Had an idea for a self bondage stimulant.

I'm the type who doesn't like horror movies at all, and especially don't like computer screamers so this scenario is really weird that I'm thinking of but exciting at the same time. I like doing self hogties occasionally and usually like to be gagged thorough. My idea was to either watch a movie or an Internet show that I know will scare the heebie jeebies out of me while bound and gagged with headphones on my head(possibly taped to my head) so I'll be forced to hear it through.

Now I know this won't work on a lot of people because they are probably desensitized to violent movies. Strangely I can play violent games no problem and see violence and gore to an extent without batting an eye. However, there's something about the eerie or unsettling that specifically makes my blood run cold, but I'm wondering is it going to be exciting for me to try to get free so I don't have to see/hear what's next or am I simply going to be too scared to get into the session. I'm thinking something along the lines of either Paranormal Activity or an Internet movie/show that I know has a good amount of screamers/jump scares. I'm also not sure if I should go gagged or not, I really like gags plus don't want to scream and alert my neighbor in the apartment beside me, but at the same time wonder how safe it will be if I get a jump scare while gagged, especially with stuffing.

Hmmm, horror movies usually work, when you get immersed. Bondage works the same way. Might be completely exclusive, perhaps you can't enjoy both at the same time. On the other hand, self-bondage can be based on fear (not to escape, being caught etc.). Worth a try.

My experience with self-bondage and telly: If the show is good, the bondage starts bothering me quickly. If the show is bad, I don't really care and concentrate on the bondage. But it doesn't enhance each other.

Usually I'm gagged, blindfolded and earplugged, but I still hear the sounds around. I had an idea of using earphones with some natural sounds (waves, wind, forest) to completely block the real sounds coming from the outside.
