I found that unless you’re slim, not a fat boy like me, the top will, in time, roll down and settle like a Doughnut just below your waist.

As for the gaff itself, I have a version that looked surprisingly well.

Got a gaff off eBay UK a while ago. Looks good though my panties/tights and is nice and firm and feels great!

No, it was just the gaff itself. Using the Alilink this is similar to the one I got.

Yes, I think the underwear or panty type are better than the high or higher type of gaff.

I have the same experience. As for the panty type, they work better for me but I hardly ever use them as the add extra material down there making "the bulge" bigger. Only if the camel toe effect is desired I use them but then I'll have to pad everything extra or it won't look good.

I have never been a fan of Gaffs, they have a place but as like as a socially and professionally out transwoman I really have better luck with taping technique, I can really wear any kind of panty or more fun... thongs that I desire and have the desired look. If you're dead set on a panty gaff, you want something with a wider gusset, thicket material and practice on tucking!

I tried tucking, eather my skin is too oily or I’m not doing it right, it doesn’t seem to work for me.
But I do know that they’re all types of gaffs the one I have pretty much holds the balls in and points my penis down between my legs. Very little bulding.

Well, it works for me.
