I think emulating THAT feeling will be really difficult with a dildo (I have a horsey with an offset cum tube, feel nothing, due to the tube at least, although soft, still way too deep and padded).... The tube needs to be collapsible, but not stretchable. Like a plastic drinking straw. You can squeeze and pinch a straw, but a straw can’t stretch out.
And warm water is not going to work. Need something thicker…… like a water/flour mix… School paste comes to mind.

As for the sending unit, that can be done with two check valves, a hydronic cilinder and a geared motor. Like on one of those sex machines.

The idea with the soft/thin walled silicone tube, was that it would be compressed unless you were forcing a viscous liquid (fake or real cum) through it with pressure... forcing the sphincter to expand a bit as the liquid passes through...
