I tried ezgif https://ezgif.com/maker and it worked pretty good. Lots of options and effects to use. The loading time on the preview window was a little slow, if I was to complain about anything. Definitely worth trying. It's free, what can you lose?
I created this from stills that my camera took on 20 second intervals.
Edit: not sure why the animation doesn't work on the thumbnail, but does work on the full view. LikeRa, any thoughts?
