As you know, I've retired and plan to enjoy life a little by selling our ABCplaisir shop.
It's very hard for me to think about parting with it, even though it doesn't involve a lot of work and only takes up 1 to 2 hours a day, depending on the period!
If I'm thinking of selling my shop and its second website, it's because we won't be able to travel as much as I'd like. We can't go on holiday from April to December because of the fetishist gîte and the association.
My current dream is to buy a second-hand camper van (a rustic 4x4) so that we can travel around Africa with the mountain bikes on the back of a mini-truck weighing less than 3.5 tonnes during the winters.
I know you're not interested in my life or my dreams, so let's move on to selling my shop.
I'm thinking of selling :
- ABCplaisir + its second site / Y-boutique.
- The 2 sites are on prestashop
- The customer databases (logically, this goes with the customer base)
- Serious supplier databases (not easy to find)
- Stocks
Necessary conditions
- Not be totally computer illiterate, although there's NOTHING complicated about it.
- Have a room or garage of 10 or 12 metres² (or more if you want to expand)
- Have an average of 1 to 2 hours a day at your disposal.
- Be able to come to Spain with a van (rented, for example) to take your stock with you.
- Have the necessary funds available, as we will not be taking out loans.
We will provide
1°) A mini-training session on computerised shop management
2°) A mini-training session on pitfalls (suppliers / customers)
3°) A free hotline if necessary for one or two months.
4°) Free hosting in Spain for the two days required.
5°) We'll help with the transfer of domain names and shops.
Selling them hurts my heart, especially as it's not in my nature to do so. But hey, the safe doesn't follow the hearse, so .....
PRICE?
Between €30,000 to be negotiated.
Investment amortisable in less than 3 years or even 2 years.
Do you want to live solely from our shops?
No, but it will provide a very comfortable additional income. So it should be seen as an investment, a bit like investing in real estate, except that at that price there's nothing in real estate.
It could also be a job for the mother looking after the children at home (for example, because it's easy to hide this activity from the family and then put the children to work in a locked room when they're at school).
A SAVOIR if you were thinking of setting up rather than buying.
The hardest part was launching these shops - it takes years! Starting from scratch is extremely complicated and requires funds for the initial stock + clearing if you don't have the experience.
There's no rush for us, but this information is being circulated on several sites. So it's up to you to decide whether this investment appeals to you or not.
QUESTIONS
To avoid snoopers, polemicists and net polluters, I will ONLY answer questions by telephone.
If you have any questions, send me your phone number by PM + a time slot to call you.
Your number will NEVER be divulged, but in exchange, I will ask you to be as discreet as we will be.
HUMOUR (but not fake)
Having a sex shop means you can buy your own toys at wholesale prices, which means they're cheaper. The problem is that you buy too many of them LAUGHING and end up with far too many.
