Arrested, tried and convicted (Role-playing)

The person was looking for a scenario to live as a journalist arrested in a foreign country then tried and sentenced to X things as a prisoner in a dictatorial country. 

So my BDSM psychopath brain started to fire up because the idea was brilliant. It would allow me to personalise sentences according to the participants.

If I organised a course of this type at a fetishist gîte, it would be more like an inquisition, as I'd have the equipment and the place to do it.

There would be an arrest, then the famous inquisition-style ‘Question’ (e.g. t o r t u r e on the cross to make people confess), then convictions depending on the participants' fetishes. 

The sentences could therefore be :
- Time in prison with chains on limbs and neck.
- Wearing a neck shackle for a day (in front of the other participants who will help him to eat and drink)
- Putting in the pillory + .... according to the fetishes of each person
- Caning (actually spanking or whipping, depending on the fetish)
- The famous chair that went in the water (Waterbondage)
- Public caging (public = the other participants and Malicia)
- Public pillory (in the garden, not in the street as they did in the old days)
- I won't be doing the pyre, and for good reason, it's frowned upon. MDR

I don't think I'll be organising this in 2025, although .... I don't know if I'll be able to wait until 2026.

About 15 years ago I saw this clitorectomy fetish group on imagefap, posting staged "news articles/reports", all in context of their fetish.
The following one stood out to me; 
This fantasy involves the apprehension and sentencing of a western aid worker in Africa.
So the local morality police finds this western woman's "merchandise", ergo, sex toys in her hotel room.  
Local judge then finds her guilty of spreading immorality and sodomy.
The federal sentencing includes a full clitorectomy.
The image report was especially striking since it showed an African female police officer, with a devious grin on her face accompanied by very descriptive text how she looked forward to have the western woman, undergo this kind of sentencing.

My thoughts of "punishment fits the crime" are more along the line of fantasy (and not at all safe or practical).   For example, those caught attempting to escape, would be locked into ballet boots (preferably thigh or crotch high, to make them truly debilitating and inescapable).   Talking-back can result in a gag or head harness, which would be locked.   All bondage would have to be locked, so that the other slaves/inmates could not take pity, and try to release the imprisoned.   Any attempts to tamper with another slaves bonds will be punished with an armbinder.   Truly insolent slaves could be locked in a full hood, with only zipper openings for the eyes and mouth.  Such zippers would stay locked shut, and only opened when the slave needed to eat, drink, or see.   The duration of each punishment would be determined by the arbiter.   Most instances of "solitary confinement" could be replaced with time a straitjacket.   Of course, the bondage could be of any fetish material that your imagination desires.   Personally, I would go with leather---the more supple and aromatic, the better.

It has occurred to me, that such a facility could be "co-ed", as all of the slaves/inmates would be locked in chastity devices.   Those more cooperative and submissive would wear something relatively comfortable, to "keep them out of trouble".   "Hard cases", however, would be put into a creation that caused constant sexual torment, to make them more tractable.   This could apply to both men and women.   All of these devices, whether gentle or cruel, would make it impossible for the wearer to pleasure themselves.   Still, there will be those who will try.   Anyone caught "touching or rubbing", will be put into mitts, the armbinder, a straitjacket, or worse (depending on the number of previous offenses).   I once saw a devious idea, meant to keep slaves from touching themselves.   It was a pair of heavy leather gloves, with sharp spikes lining the palms, as well as the insides of the fingers and thumbs.   These gloves locked at the wrists, to prevent removal.   They might make a good "first offense" punishment.

Finally, we get to those who refuse to submit---and the place where they, are sent.   In the cells of the dark catacombs beneath the facility, the Tormentors apply their punishments to the unruly.   The extent and cruelty of the bondage is limited only by the sadistic imagination or these Tormentors.   The cells themselves, have no bars, as each offender is locked into brutal, inescapable bondage.   There is no movement among the prisoners, as no movement is possible.   There are only quiet sighs, the creaking of bonds, and the occasional muffled cry of anguish.

The worst punishment though, is a product of my own evil imagination.   Along the line of the medieval "Iron Maiden", I have conceived, The Leather Maiden.   This is a set of heavily-boned leather corsets that lace together, encasing the entire body.   The base/foot consists of a single ballet boot, into which both feet are inserted.   The legs are now laced together into a single boned corset.   This procedure continues upward, with each new corset section being laced to the others.   The arms are forced into a boned armbinder, with the palms together at the tip.   The neck portion stretches the neck, and forces the chin upward.  Even the hood portion is boned, and the built-in gag will silence all whimpers.   Once complete, no skin will be left showing.   All of the laces are now pulled to their full tightness.   Only at full closure, can the laces be sealed-away under the locking zippers.   Leather straps with locking buckles can now be added, for extras security.   The offender would now be wheeled-out to the pillory in the courtyard.   This pillory would consist of just a single, heavy wooden post, with iron rings anchored at regular intervals.   The offender would be propped in a standing position against this pillory, while D-rings on the Leather Maiden are locked to the rings on the pillory.   A sign would be posted, describing who was encased and securely locked within, as well as their offense.   This would serve as a warning to the other slaves.

Anyway, those are my thoughts.   We now return to our regularly scheduled programming.   Oh, I forgot to mention, anyone who touched themselves while reading this, will be severely punished!

Yes, I can confirm that the person was talking about a fantasy. Me too, but to be realised as ---> a role-playing game in our gîte in Spain. 

In fact, since we've had our gîte, I've organised far more plans and games of this type than when we were in France because I didn't have a dungeon and as much equipment. I did some in France for single people.

Now I organise them for small groups of 4 people. It's more fun for the group dynamic in some cases because they act as voyeurs/spectators, which adds to the humiliation. Example: the spanking scout camp.

We sometimes get singles who want to play this kind of game. By way of a commercial or friendly welcome, I take on the roles of the unkind or stern person.
