I had an idea where I had a metal drinks bottle
Then I had a two shoe laces (more if more secure) and put on knots in them at various distances along the lengths and insert them into the bottle while making a closed loop with them that stays outside of the bottle, fill it with water and freeze it.
Then get a keyring loop and connect to loop made with laces
Then get a 4 leather belts and do this for each limb:

DANGER DON'T KEEP PULLING ON IT AS IT WILL TIGHTEN AND COULD RESTRICT BLOOD FLOW
Then zip tie that to the keyring this is the point of failure when ice melts as the laces come out of the bottle.
Secure your two legs and other wrist exactly the same way with/without the same ice lock or lock them directly onto bedposts.
The key aspect of this is as long as the ice hasn't melted you can't loosen your two legs and other arm out of this belt bondage technique until the arm becomes free which is the one where it's secured by the ice. Bigger bottle and temperature of room will determine how long you stay in this bondage.
Equipment:
Bed with 4 posts or similar where you can be spreadeagle.
Bottle of any sort.
Shoe laces.
Keyring.
Zip ties or similar.
Leather belts x4 for each limb.
Freezer.
As long as you are careful and don't pull and tighten the belts on your wrists too tight.
Time can vary a lot as temp and volume of ice will determine how long you stay in this bondage.
Enhance this bondage by putting on some gloves and tighten belt around those as it prevents skin rubbing and a comfortable tight-ness, I like to put on a motorbike helmet and put a clean pair of underwear over the helmet as a half rebreather as well as half fresh air can get in too and you are also blinded and sound is muffled.
Put on anything else like estim etc.

Make room colder
