You can find them at most any walmart in the lock section, it would take some work to crack it open, and if bound could be impossible, it has a shackle so you could lock it in some semi public location where spending time fiddling with it would draw unwanted attention, but if you have the combo it wouldn't be a issue.

the app is great, close your eyes spin the combination, and the app has a blanked out section on the photo so you can't see the combination, it gives you a rough measure of how clear your pic is without displaying the actual picture. I usually take 3 or 4 pictures in different lighting to make sure. I've had zero problems with it.
