This story is true. It happened last night. Please excuse my grammar and spelling. Very tired.

Last night was the best bondage event ever. It was met to be a 30 min to an hour event. However, it took several hours. When married with a one years-old, it hard to find good quality time to have fun with self bondage. My wife of six years is very understanding. From time to time she will give time to have fun. Well last night after my wife and son went to sleep, I indulge myself in some self bondage action. I got dress in blue tights and a skin tight black mini dress. First, I place the keys in specific locations. The master lock key was in the kitchen utensil draw. The key to my chain cuffs were in the garage sitting on a high shelf. The ball gag was up stairs in my office. My objective was to get to each key in the order I mention. It’s the only way I can gain my freedom. Once the keys were place, I strapped on the penis strap for the ten unit. Next, I tied my legs up using the tie down straps. I strapped my ankle, below and above my knee and my thigh. After 15 minutes I’ll attempt to get the keys.

What I experience in those minutes was surreal. I was completely helpless. What seem like five minutes into the session, I inflated the butt plug. That caused me to go wild. I could believe this happen to me. I would have never expected my wife to do this. “Maybe she is playing. She didn’t move my keys it will take me hour to find them while blindfolded. I began standing up again from the couch. However, this time is was a lot harder. Every time I rocked forward and back the weights pulled the clamps and they got tighter. Hello again.

I haven't so much time to update the Selfbondage CD Tray Opener, but I've always wanted to release a simple version, as the first ones, that just makes the countdown and open the cd tray, and adding the security features of the normal versions (the battery level checking, the reboot blocking, the way it prevents the system to stand by or sleep...), and also with the users contributions that I've also included in the normal version (that will have their own releases, I'm not going to stop developing it)...

so here is it:


This version is perfect for those who doesn't have (or do not want to use) external teasing devices.
As you can imagine the way of using the program is putting a key on the CD Tray like this:

and put your laptop out of your reach.


It doesn't need to be installed to run (works perfectly from an USB, for example) and has been tested on WinXP and Vista.
Yet to be tested on Windows 7 (if anyone have one valid license to give it will be welcomed)
Yet to be tested on Win2K/NT (not sure if it will works)
And it will not work on WIN9X/Me


The program has an input where we must type how long we want to wait for the key releasing:



You can program sessions up to 900 minutes (15 hours!!).
If you input a longuer time than 900 minutes, the program will respond like that when you press Start:

anyway, if you want a longuer limit just ask for it and I will change it.


You have to choose the minimun battery level allowed before opening the Cd Tray (you can choose between 10% and 90%)
As usual, please make sure it works fine with your battery or ups system doing a simple test (check your battery level, program a sesion marking a minimum battery level below the current level of your battery and as soon as you press START the program may open the CD Tray).

And this is the warning message you'll get when the system is going to open the Cd tray due to low battery level:


So you can play with your laptop conected to the AC, and if case of powerfailure the program will always open the Cd tray (due to the battery level or when the countdown reaches zero, the first thing that comes)


You also have to choose what CD Tray d'you want to be opened in the session:


Clicking the Test button you can open the tray to check that the program recognizes it (and also to see if the key drops as you desired)
Please, before start a session make as many proves as you can!!


If we input a valid time and press START button we will get a screen with the countdown:


We can exit that screen and open the CDTray just pressing Esc on the keyboard or just closing the countdown window.


During the countdown the program plays a "beep" every second, it can be turned off unchecking this checkbox:



Simple Version also has a "Random Time" option.
To use it you will have to input the maximun time that you want to play like a normal session here

In this mode you have to type the minimum time you want to be tied (by default is setted at 1 minute)
Type the minimum waiting time in the random mode here:


If you input the same time for maximun and minimum random time you will not get a countdown, the program will open the cd tray as soon as you press Start.

In random mode, the countdown screen will look like this:


Duirng the countdown, if you press the Escape button the program will Open the Cd Tray, and if you press the Espace bar the countdown will freeze for 10 minutes.

Simple Version runs external programs during the countdown

As this release is something ocasional and this simple version wouldn't be updated I've included a little feature to prevent the program getting older:

When the countdown starts the SBCTO will run any program called "1.exe" stored in the same folder that you have the SBCTO (it works even on USB).
And "1.exe" can be whatever you want:

-a program to run external devices as vibrators, arduino boards,webcams recording your session...
-motion detection programs that screams "Here is someone doing selfbondage!!!" when you move...

And this "1.exe" can be writted in any coding language, so imagination is the limit.

And when the countdown reaches zero the program will open the cd tray and will run any program called "2.exe" stored in the same folder where you have SBCTO , so maybe you can use "2.exe" to move a motor and release the key or decript an image for a combination lock... once again whatever you want.

If you dont have any program called 1 or 2 in the same folder, the program will work as usual, countdown... zero... Tray Opened

Needles to say that SBCTO "normal" with the microphone and webcam features will still having updates (not as much as I would like), and it will include the ability of running external programs.

I insert a silicone, put on a pair of Leggs lycra pantyhose and pull them up. I put a junior baseball cup between my legs, then step into a tight thong leotard. I pull the thong leotard up to hold both the cup and the silicone in place. Next, I put on a bra and a second pair of pantyhose, and step into a long-sleeve light-blue turtle-neck zipper-back leotard. I put on a third pair of tights, followed by a size small blue Speedo zipper-back swimsuit. Over all this, I put on an incredibly shiny hot-pink Stevi Brooks tank leotard.

Finally, I put on a white double-layered "angel" unitard costume which zips up the back, has an arc of heat-fused rhinestones across the chest and has fine white tulle "wings" sewn along the shoulders and upper arms. The pink leotard can be seen slightly showing through under the white unitard, and the baseball cup gives a feminine appearance between my legs.

I put on a pair of shoes with three inch heels. These shoes are a little small, and they have a strap running between the long toe and the big toe, so that when the ankle straps are closed there's no way to get out of them without opening the strap. It is a little awkward, because the pantyhose is bunched up by the strap between my toes, but at least the layers of pantyhose make the shoes a little more wearable.

I place many loops of soft rope separately around each of my wrists, and cover each set of loops with some layers of cling film (to prevent me from freeing my wrists by slipping one strand of the rope at a time over my hand).

I prepare a length of cling film, and by folding it over many times and stretching it out each time, I make a strong cord about two feet long. I prepare a pink ribbon about 60 inches long, and tie its ends together. Over the knot, I attach the centre of the cord made from cling film, so that there are now two lengths of cling film a little less than a foot long coming from the ribbon. I place the pink ribbon around my waist and pull the cling film cords back between my legs.

I set my front door on the latch and step outside. It is quite late at night. I close the door, and go down the stairs. Once I reach ground level, I place my wrists together behind my back and slide the cling film cords up, one inside each of my wrist loops. Next, I cross the cords over so that each descends through the opposite wrist loop. Finally, I pull the cling film cords tight and knot them together so that the knot can't be opened with my fingers (because as the cling film stretches, it becomes too hard at the knot point).

I walk towards the side gate, which opens from the inside of the apartment complex but requires a key to re-enter from the other side. I open the gate and step through. I hold the gate open, waiting and listening. All is quiet. I feel the loops holding my wrists down and close together behind my back, and I feel the ribbon riding up a little but not too tightly. I feel nice and comfortable, and the spandex encloses me warmly despite the cool evening air.

I take a step away from the gate, letting go for a second, but I lose my nerve and step back in time to prevent it closing. I look down at myself in this white "angel" unitard, knowing that the only way I can get out of it is to return home and cut the cling film cord to release my wrists. I know that I don't want to be caught dressed like this. My heart is beating as I imagine what would happen. Before I know it, I have taken two steps away from the gate. Again, I chicken out, and go to catch the gate before it swings shut. But I had forgotten my high heels, so I am a little too slow, and the gate just slips from my fingers.

I hear a "click" as the gate latches closed. I panic, pulling on the gate handle, but it is locked. I don't have the key. I look down at myself. I can't believe I have put myself in this sissy situation. The only way to get home now it to walk around to the main entrance, along the main road. This is reality, not some fantasy. I'm such an idiot. There's no way I'm not going to get caught!

Suddenly, I am overwhelmed by how submissive I feel. I try to get my hands around to touch myself, but the ribbon between my legs prevents it and I only succeed in giving myself a tighter wedgie. I feel myself become turgid, but the baseball cup between my legs prevents anything further. It is incredibly frustrating to be kept chaste and confined like this, especially dressed in such pretty spandex.

I concentrate on walking, putting one food mincingly in front of the other as I concentrate on keeping my balance, since I know it would be very difficult for me to get back up while wearing my high heels when my wrists are tied behind me like this.

I hear the distant sound of a car approaching. My heart leaps into my throat and it is all I can do to prevent myself from running. There is still a long ways to go before I reach the entrance. Luckily, I see the headlights of the car stop at the traffic lights, giving me a little more time. I reach the entrance, and take a shortcut, stepping across the grass to avoid being seen. The car is still waiting at the lights, but I am in plain view as I cross the grass. I hope they don't see me. I walk quickly past the rows of garages until I reach the gate, then return quickly home, my heart still beating quite fast. It is a relief to be able to cut the cling film cord which had held me captive.

A while ago I made a simple sleeve from rubberised fabric. It was measured to go from one elbow to the other while the arms are in the "box tie" position, i.e. each hand grabbing the elbow of the other arm. Now I am about to solve the three features needed for self-bondage, putting it on, securing it and getting it off.

In order to put this sleeve on, I slide one side over the left arm, the other side has a string attached to a point inside the crook of the arm and one near the elbow, which I hang over a hook and pull the sleeve up with it. Not perfect, but it works. This would be a nice way to secure the sleeve as well, but it would require some sort of harness - complicated - postponed.

For partner bondage, I would simply run one or two sets of laces over the length of the sleeve. It is still an option for the SB sleeve, but it will be difficult to make a tightening system. So for now, I have a string going through two eyelets, with a special "multiple sliding knot" that I developed for this purpose. The knot is almost as simple as the normal sliding knot, except that you wrap the short end, that is not to be pulled, several times around the long end and then pull it through all the wraps. This creates lots of friction and holds pretty tight. The string only pulls together the eyelets, it doesn't go around the arm. This is important because otherwise it would cut off circulation quickly.

Release: for the moment none, but it doesn't really require a release, the material is stretchy and with some patience I can struggle out. The easiest solution is a safety knot in the securing string, which, when pulled, will open.
