I have dreams of selfbondage as well.
And what I would like is tied to a chair, with a cathader, enema, drinking tube gag. And reruns of bad tv series. The only thing that would save me from boardom, would be a device that would trigger that feeling of cumming just before you squirt. If that could be built, then I'll be happy.
Indeed, a fully closed latex mask (with nose holes only) over zentai or pantyhose hood with a good (dildo?) gag underneath. Why didn't I do that before?
Another dream: being completely encased in a thin glass-transparent polyethylene zentai or a bag, (as "a side story" - underwater), but with no suffocation! I actually frequently have dreams, where I can breath underwater.

Try using a horse watering trough.
It holds about 100 gals of water. Or, try an Oil drum. Here is how that can work. Take a large oil drum with the top cut off. Get a 50 gal trash bag and place it inside the oil drum. Get your water hose and stand inside the plastic bag That is in the drum. Now let the water fill the space between the drum and the trash bag you are standing in. As the water fills, the bag will tighten all around you. And you will not float. If you can get two drums welded together, the water will fill well to your neck. To escape, tip over.
