Suspension self-bondage

EBay showed me this picture from Kinbaku Comic book, and I think that this semi-suspension "configuration" can be used in self-bondage. Or at least, a part of it.

   

My idea of semi-suspension is when there is a rope going from somewhere above to the ropes binding a person, so a part of the body is suspended, OR will be suspended should the person move from the current position, thus gently returning him/her back.

I've always thought of something like this picture but have something like a pile of clothes or pillows to lay on top of, then as you wiggle the pillows scatter leaving you a couple of inches off the ground.

OK, I think I got a good one for you and I do beleve that it is safe for a few hours or so. The idea came to me one day while researching a good Suspension. I have sent the pages to Li Kera so I will not tell you about the tie. But, here is how I can see it work.

You will need a strong beam or bar and at lease 2 mounts that will hold 500 pounds. The other items you will need is a oneway rope locker, A 5 pound weight, and Pull release device.

Of course, the ice in sock release for your knife or key. Now, here is how all this can work. Ready?

The center ring on the beam is where you have a rope with a ring tied to it. A slip type knot is tied in this rope to prevent the weight from pulling the rope to the top of the beam. Tie this knot so that when you "pull" the ring down, the knot will come undone, and the weight will then take up any slack you give it.

The oneway rope locker allows the Suspension to travel one way unless the release line is pulled. This release line is also connected to the center ring. In this way, A quick pull and down you come.

OK, lets put it all together. A steel bar, under your high heels, rope around the bar, between the ankles, and tied to all the ropes around your body. The end of the rope is looped through the ring, back down the the chest tie and back to the ring. Pull the rope till the slipknot is clear, and the weight is free to take up the slack. Tie off the rope at the ring, and your ready.

With your hands and arms, Grasp the bar, and pull yourself up till your feet clears the ground. The weight will take up the slack and you will remand off the ground. If everything feels good, then cuff your hands behind your back, and wait for the ice to melt.

To get your self down, Grasp the bar again, pull yourself up and pull the release rope. The suspension rope will be free to let you down to the ground. Untie the knot at the ring and the ring will fly to the beam and you will be on the ground.

Undo your bondage and take a hot bath.

That is my idea on how to do Self Suspension Bondage.

A while back, I was talking about self bondage suspension. And we uploaded an article from Bondage Life called upsey Daisy, one more time.
One of the problems with this tie was the metal pipe to stand on. Wood, dowel, even a leather strap for the feet and ankles. Hmmm….. leather strap…

Maybe leather stirrups, like those on saddles. These may just work. 

So, take a pair of stirrups from a saddle, tie your main suspension rope to them and then slip your feet into them. Then continue with your tie like before and enjoy the ride.

I think works a lot better than a steel or PVC pipe or a 1.75 inch wood dowel.

Thinking about this again, I just remembered about another problem doing this tie.

A number of houses do not have any anchor points for suspension of anything over 10lbs.

Ones who have a rather large walk-in closet can install a beam between the walls. But those of us who don’t have a walk-in closet are pretty much screwed.

So, what would you do ??

I've seen a number of bondage shoots where there is a three or four legged frame that looks to be portable, using webbing straps on the floor to tension the legs against each other.

I shall try to find some images to demonstrate better than my words!

One of these could work, though I guess you'll need high ceilings and a big enough space to set the frames up. I'd actually considered using a garden swing frame indoors, but could only find the types that required either too much height (9-10ft or over 3m) or where not easily assembled/de-assembled indoors.

Claimed to be good for over 500lbs (+200kg)  but the height is only188cm (74")

Something a bit morel decorative, like remodeled a spare room or bedroom to give it a more European look. That could some tie points.

But your picture reminds me of a shop engine hoist. Yea, I don’t think it’s tall enough.
Hard to hide or blend in.
